When the system experiences a delay when making a transaction they make a full refund. It is fast and it accepts payment from many countries.

We use Xoom to accept payment from US clients. Untill 2020, we accpeted payment by wire transfer. Wire transfer takes more then a week to settle the amount. As a result our financial operation were affected. We decided midway through 2020 to use Xoom for accepting hassle free payment and faster bank settlement.

Xoom has been really useful in monetary transactions internationally for both business and personal purposes. It is quick and efficient. Also, since it is associated with PayPal, gives an additional layer of security. The exchange rate is very competitive

It is very well suited for quick money transfer internationally. While I have used quite a few other service providers for remittance, I have found xoom to be the fastest among them for sending money to foreign bank account. It's association with Paypal gives an added layer of security and customer service, if something goes on. It is my primary choice if I have to send money abroad quickly.

Sometimes, for personal use and when the transaction does not have to be immediate, I have found some other service providers that will provide a better exchange rate and no transfer fee but it takes a little longer to be processed. However, if the transaction does not need to be immediate, then I consider those options over zoom.

I was using PayPal for many years to receive the payments from my freelancing and UHRS vendors. After that, I came across Xoom which is a service provided by Paypal to send and receive money internationally or domestically. Due to its fast transaction and automatic currency exchange function, I use it on all my freelancing and UHRS-related websites to receive my money directly in my bank account. Another best part is that we don't have to create a new account, we can use it by using our verified PayPal account. Also, we don't have to worry about the money, our whole money will get refunded if our transaction gets failed due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer service is also great, having available 24x7.

Xoom is best suited to send and receive money between two people who live in different countries, not only that we can also send money to our friends, colleagues, family members directly in their bank accounts. They have a great currency exchange functionality that directly converts our received money into our local currency, and deposits it into our bank account within a few minutes. The only drawback is that not many people know about it, it needs good marketing so that more people can use this service, and from my experience, I can say it is very secure and a good competitor of Payoneer.

Using Xoom to transmit money from a sender's debit to a patient's bank account is less expensive. You may transfer money to your family members and friends all across the world using it. Venmo is preferred. The use case is that we needed to find a means to deliver money both nationally and internationally between people.

For almost a year, I've been utilizing the Xoom service. It performs admirably and is cheaper in comparison to other payment gateways. It does not impose a convenience fee when you transfer money straight from your connected bank account or Paypal Wallet. However, if you wish to transfer money using your credit or debit card, you will be charged a convenience fee. Overall, the money transfer/receiving service is nice and quick.

Preferable to Venmo. The use case is that we had to figure out a way to send money between people both domestically and internationally.

If you need to send money to international family or friends it is a good way of doing so for a less fee. If you want to send it national, PayPal may cover it.

We have used this product to be able to pay some individuals on our team who may not be able to utilize regular PayPal service and it has worked very well for us. I have been using the Xoom service for more than one year. It works brilliantly and is cheap as compared to other payment gateways. It does not charge any convenience fee for transferring money directly from your linked bank account as well as from your Paypal Wallet. But it charges a convenience fee if you want to transfer money using your credit/debit card. Overall the service is good and fast for transferring/receiving money.
