  • It jump-started our marketing automation and CRM integration to really benefit the Sales team. I would say it definitely had a positive ROI in our case.
  • It got expensive as we added multiple business units, multiple CRM's and Multiple MA accounts, but overall I think it was worth it.

  • Qualitatively and in the short term, we save about 90 minutes a month. That's not huge, but it's something.
  • Quantitatively, we don't miss adding contacts to the right groups, so we're not losing people who would otherwise be interested.
  • In the future, I expect that we will use Zapier quite a bit more as we launch our online course, which will include another disconnected site that has unique contacts.

  • Sometimes we accidentally send emails to customers. It's not a big deal, but if it happened on a large scale, it would have a negative impact.

  • Extremely low cost causes a high ROI. We pay $240 a year for the tool, far less than our CRM or any other tool it integrates with, and it is a lifesaver.
  • Easy integration with Facebook means ad leads go right into HubSpot, saving time and follow up effort.
  • We do not run a lot of Zaps at once which helps keep cost low. Running more than 10 at a time could mean upping your buy with Zapier.

  • I can't tie Zapier to a specific dollar amount, but I know it saves my team a lot of time by automating tasks that would otherwise be manual (or more likely, simply forgotten).
  • When we combine our processes, I'd imagine Zapier saves us about 1-2 hours a week. But I have clients where Zapier saves them several hours per week.
