The access control is pretty is to manage - I just wish there was a way to share the dashboards with internal team members who do not have ZenDesk accounts. To give access to everyone would be very expensive, but I don't want to have to export every query to build a report.

For the most part, we do not do a whole of sharing and collaborating via Zendesk Explore, so I cannot speak to that side of the product, unfortunately. Perhaps as we grow, we'll have a chance to delve into that a little further.

The visualization capabilities are one of my favorite things about using Zendesk Explore! So much time used to be spent exporting reports into spreadsheets, aggregating data and then creating my own visualizations to share with others. Often in doing so, I lost connectivity to the underlying data that wasn't extremely manual. With Zendesk Explore I can put together visualizations that can be shared with teams that don't even use Zendesk, in a relevant way, and I am still able to drill down into data when a question comes up!
