Very helpful in Marketing Actions, Marketing Decision Support, Sales Action Support, Customer Preference Analysis, Inbound Marketing Strategy Implementation, and Sales and Marketing Tool Integration. It's a comprehensive resource for helping customers make choices. All the years we have used this tool to communicate with our trading partners, there have been zero issues.

It is a very complete tool to support the decision-making of customers. In all the years we have worked with our trading partners we have never had problems with this platform.

The automation process for the email campaigns and social media posts is a great example of how well the TPMA solution works. We are very pleased with the ease of managing our contacts as well as the analytics for each of the campaigns we set up. It is also very easy to manage additional users and administer their access privileges

Again, for us, TPMA provides relevant industry content in a timely fashion that is posted online. I believe it is extremely well suited for this and as such is an excellent complement to an organization's overall marketing strategy. Being able to provide more content more often is always a welcome option and would enhance the current offering.

If you have a partner that needs specific information on leads/projects this is a great way to make all parties happy. It's not needed if you don't need to see any notes or see how far along something is. It's great if you need to keep things organized and have access quickly.

I think Zift is suited for any scenarios where you need to send customers and email. The dashboard is very easy to use and seeing the results of these campaigns is useful. I like how it shows if the lead is a positive lead. The whole process of sending an email is very easy and able to complete quickly.

Overall Relayware is a great product. It's many features in a single package lend itself well for working with partners be that channel partners, direct sales, VARs, indirect sales, or most any other type of partner. With the flexible construction and licensing you can activate the parts of Relayware you want and then easily grow the functionality as your partner management needs grow. This is a very nice solution versus adding additional SaaS systems and spending considerables hours building API connectors. That said, Relayware does have a robust API should you need to connect to other systems. There is native support for SSO connectivity, SFDC (Salesforce.com) and a handful of other third party products.

Where you might not want to use Relayware is if it's too big for your organization, so like any SaaS, do your research, talk to Relayware, and evaluate the product. The many features and ability to handle lots of partners definitely adds complexity and comes with a decent, but fair, price tag. So, if you're a small organization just starting out with a few partners, or you have very simple partner management needs, Relayware might not be for you. Then again, it may, since I've found it easy to use several of the product's features beyond just working with partners. So again, evaluate, and draw your own conclusions.
