It's important to integrate as much relevant data as possible such as sales data, customer data and market data. We use this software to know first hand the market of our products worldwide and how they are sold everywhere, in order to maintain prices to our customers and offer them a better service. It is a very complete software that allows the monitoring of prices, costs, estimates and discounts of our products.
  • The market analysis function allows us to always have the knowledge of the value of our products and services, as well as price analysis.
  • All pricing management is allowing us to have greater control of our costs, profit margins and selling prices.
  • Automated quotes and estimates save us a lot of time with customers and their quotations.
  • The tracking of competitor's prices is not kept up to date as I would like, sometimes there have been price increases and it has brought us losses.
  • It has good integrations, but if it integrated email it would make my job a lot easier.
  • Its interface can be overwhelming, the more clients you have, the more cluttered the information looks on the main screen.
