We have had to reach out to ZipRecruiter's support on many occasions. At one time, we were over-billed for one of their subscriptions. Not only did the billing get adjusted quickly, but we also got a chance to test out one of their perks for free. The account executives are helpful and friendly.

What support? The phone call didn't change the candidates.

Sometimes they get pushy on monthly sales call

The support specialist assigned to our account had real knowledge of our profession and hiring needs. They put together a great strategic plan that was monitored weekly so adjustments could be made timely. The customer service was off the hook and would recommend this service to anyone, especially rural businesses.

It is average. They have the opportunity for growth and might be a good option if you are a bigger company that has a surplus of candidates.

I rated it a 7 out of 10. It functions well, it works quickly, it reaches a large audience, but it has room for improvement by my previous statements that I elaborated on earlier in this review such as the editing limits, and too broad of resumes they send you once you post a position is why I gave it a 7.

If ever needed, ZipRecruiter customer support is hands-on and very helpful. I have found that when reaching out they are warm, welcoming, and kind and can direct you wherever you need to go in order to best support your needs. Although, the platform itself is easy to use and customer support is not necessary very often.

The support was pretty good, but they did struggle in responding on time. Once they responded, things were great. But timely response is important when posting a job. We have a limited time frame to find the new employee and I don't want to spend precious time waiting for support to answer my concern. But I rarely have to reach out.

ZipRectuitier has a great customer service team available to you at any time. They are able to jump right into your position and track down what you're missing or what can help you stick out from the rest. With that being said, they have great suggestions on how to connect to certain talent pools since they are the professionals. Their only downfall is they are constantly trying to up sell you and if you're in a position like me, you have a certain budget to work with and not a lot of wiggle room.

I am rating ZipRecruiter and Indeed at 9/10 because they are both the best options right now. No one should ever get a 10/10 because there is always room for improvement, but I do believe that ZipRecruiter has built a system that is full service and easy to use.

I give ZipRecruiter a high score of overall approval because as a job posting platform they really do what they say they do. They deliver on the ease of use and the high-quality candidates that they say they will deliver. This is the part of the process that is most important. In our day-to-day, we have enough that keeps us busy, and having a candidate search platform like ZipRecruiter is a huge plus for us.

I have not personally interacted with the customer support team for ZipRecruiter. However, I can speak to the professionalism of the representative that we worked with to initially onboard the software.

I have used ZipRecruiter for about a year and I never had an issue with customer service or system support. Any dealings I had with the representatives were pleasant and helpful.

We called last month, and wanted to cancel. We called 1 day after the auto-bill for 10/15 /19 to cancel, and were informed, per the terms of our service contract, that there are no balance refunds. Terrible client service.

I have only used ZipRecruiter customer service one time and the interaction I had was not negative but wasn’t amazing either. There is a lot of up selling on their customer service end.

I have used ZipRecruiter for a while and I find it to be rather consistent without errors. I would like for ZipRecruiter to remain relevant and cutting edge for mobile users. I don't want to rely on using my PC to apply to jobs-so the smoother application processes while using the smartphone, the better!

The software product is well geared to a low to medium-sized organization, and can habdle expanding levels of hiring needs. It has easy to learn functions, and an easy to navigate interface, making it a nice choice for novices or those with limited experience with recruiting CRM type software applications on the market.

I give the overall support for ZipRecruiter 10 because I am a busy lady and have a lot going on. ZipRecruiter does not smother or overcompensate for what they offer. I always look forward to what kinds of employment opportunities they have to offer.

They kept our account locked out after the trial and tried to collect payment from us when we wanted to just view the applicants. We lost all access to the account and had to pay to even see applicants during our legitimate trial period.

I have not had to contact support in regards to Zip recruiters functionalities. All seems to work well. I have noticed the chat option always present on the initial page. Seems like they are attentive and ready to resolve any customer issues. I have noticed the company account rep is always reachable through emails and answering concerns.

I have not had to contact the ZipRecruiter customer service team, but I have co-workers who have and had nothing but good things to say about their assistance. I was informed all questions were answered and the situation was resolved regarding a posting that wouldn't update properly. The call took less than 8 minutes which is impressive.

Have not had to utilize support recently, but in past instances they have reached out within 12 hours to help rectify any problems or answer any questions about features and functionality.

The only issue I ever had with them was trying to clarify, when they previously advertised that they posted on 200+ job boards, if that meant that your job would for sure be posted on each job board. Turns out, by the way, that they only guarantee distribution, not posting.
