- Protecting patient information
- Users have to complete an account setup in order to view the encrypted email in a portal. Other platforms just let you open the email without having to setup an account.
- Pretty easy to use if you don't make many customizations to it.
- It keeps our client data secure in transit, aiding us in compliance to HIPPA and other required standards, which also lends to peace of mind.
- It greatly minimizes the time spent combing through email to sort and deal with junk/spam.
- It minimizes the risk of employees inadvertently clicking infected links from within emails, opening our network to larger threats. This alone saves time and money as it decreases the time spent by our IT department in dealing with information security issues and system recovery that we might otherwise face.

Zix Review
- Increased adoption
- We have less concern about data leaks through e-mail with Zix, because we know it works. And it doesn't require any end user interaction with the rules (although it does also allow for manual encryption with keywords or e-mail flags).
- The system is also extremely stable, and outside of the upgrade tasks we have to do occasionally, there's not much manpower overhead once it's up and running.
- Recipients do sometimes get confused if they're expecting an e-mail from us, but get a link to log into the Zix portal instead.

- From a security perspective, it brings peace of mind that information is being well protected and that messages are being scanned for malware and inappropriate links.
- There has been some issue with outside users accepting/accessing encrypted messages, so perhaps a review of the provided portal for usability is in order.

Positive review with apprehension
- Recommended Zix as secure email resource to the salesforce and seems to have been nicely adopted.
- Peace of mind that some emails are hopefully getting encrypted and that we are more secure than we were before...sometimes. Again, there should be some indication to the sender that their information was sent securely. Even if it is a pop up or something.

Zix is a great secure email platform!
- It lets our customers know that we take their security seriously.
- End user adoption is very high, simply because it doesn't inconvenience them to deal with secure email like most other solutions. Nobody's trying to find a way around it...
- We needed a solution, period, and one that we trusted and were confident would be widely adopted.
