  • It has caused significant harm to our business because you just cannot trust the numbers.
  • The adverse impact has been complicated enough that plans are underway to reverse the bad decision that led to the installation of this system in a 25-year-old business approximately 8 months ago.

  • Integration: Zoho Books offers out of the box integrations to extend the functionality and connect with the applications you love like MailChimp, Microsoft Outlook, PandaDoc, and Quickbooks, etc.
  • Flexibility makes Zoho Books great!
  • Since I can use forecast reports, I can create customizable sales forecast data from the dashboard to accurately measure revenue forecasts and establish sales quotas.

  • For a small business, it allowed me to operate much larger than I was.
  • With any software, when you need support, you're at their mercy. While they are in India they are generally pretty responsive, but sometimes it takes longer than I'd like.
  • Their software products are great, but I especially like how fully-featured Books was and how it is priced.

  • The price is very good for all the features across platforms.
  • Very easy learning curve (no need for extra training to use the software our new employees and people that never used such program managed to learn very quickly).
  • It is updated and maintained regularly (features addition and tweaking).

  • It's helped the organization to save time on internal processes, so employees can focus on business problem and not workflow problems.
  • Their application includes some custom features that help to maintain the organization's workflows, so the app adapts to the organization and not vice versa

  • Zoho Books has streamlined our workflow between departments and accounts as we are able to enter and see accounts receivable and payable in real time. This has helped us spend less time following payments and focusing on improving our service delivery.
  • Zoho Books has also helped us cut costs and have more people in the know about sales and accounts.
  • We have been able to reduce invoicing time by half as it is easy to log in and create an invoice using a standard template and follow-ups can be made to payments. All the while accounts and sales, as well as marketing departments, can follow at what stage a potential sale has reached.

  • Ability to access accounts anywhere is a huge plus and saves time.
  • Low cost is key. There is some very expensive software out there and a CPA can be too expensive for many small businesses.
  • Integration with more third party apps would increase productivity. All depends on what you use.

  • It's greatly eased payment processing from clients who pay electronically.
  • Being cloud based it's made it possible for us to use virtual assistants.
  • With automated a/r past due reminders - that's saved hours a month.
