Try Zoho for ease of use and ease of reporting

Zoho CRM

We use Zoho to track all of our potential opportunities through the entire business process. It's invaluable for keeping track of each opportunity and where it is in the process. We also run reports several times a week to inform coworkers about new opportunities and leads, as well as updates to existing records, so they can make better business decisions.
  • Tracks records through business lifecycle
  • It's easy to create, run, and export reports
  • Fairly easy to redesign and customize
Cons
  • Can't create a requirement when moving a record FROM a stage, only TO
  • Can't customize extra sections at bottom of layout (Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices, etc)
  • Not easy to review accounts by hierarchy/parent
Zoho is very well suited for tracking opportunities, leads, sales, etc through the entire lifecycle. The ribbon at the top makes it super easy to see where in the process something is and to update it. Reports are very easy to create and update. I had no experience with Zoho before I started at this position less than a year ago, and I easily learned to enter records, create reports, and even redesign layouts.

Support all CRM activities from the sales process, lead contact, paying customers, and the ongoing service for current policyholders.
  • Omni channel using SMS, email, chat (Salesiq) and telephone (Twilio)
  • Automation framework : Managing workflow, blueprint, validation rules, etc.
  • The ease of customization: deluge language, look and feel, customized integrations with Zoho products, and marketplace
Cons
  • Missing good knowledge base and instant reply to user inquiries, good online academy like competitors have
  • Bad integration between Zoho products e.g Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk
  • Bad maintenance of marketplace products e.g ChargeBee not updated with new API 2.0 interface
Support for sales cycle with many integrated products owned by Zoho. Great customization abilities. Modern look and feel. Missing good support for technical inquiries (no instant/online support).

From training wheels to hot rodding, Zoho can grow with your company

  • Ease of use for the outbound sales force, very little training required
  • Dashboards and Sales Reports are very easy to create and use, yet powerful
  • Territory Management tools and permissioning tools allow for complicated lead assignment rules
  • Add-ons, of Zoho Apps , Google Apps, other Apps, make for a very powerful suite
  • Zoho Creator allows someone without programming skills to create custom modules for CRM. The nature of our business required a custom module to catalog a client visit and the required data points
Cons
  • The tools to create and edit templates are too simplistic and limited, need more drag-and-drop functionality
  • Campaign management tools are somewhat cumbersome, especially when importing leads from tradeshows
  • Integration tools are great for small businesses, but limited for companies with technology legacy issues
I did, and I have. A former colleague has a start-up digital magazine I showed him why Zoho was perfect for his three person company. I am his Zoho administrator as a side hobby which almost serves for me as a testing platform. Useful advice for small groups implementing Zoho is don't integrate/turn on everything at once. Adoption by the users in manageable chunks will be easier in the long run.

I have used CRM's and Salesforce Automation Tools from the beginning. I will skip Filemaker Pro, Act! and Goldmine and say SalesLogix was the first CRM I used and SalesForce.com was the first CRM I loved to use. The reason I appreciate Zoho so much is that SalesForce.com has become, for lack of a better term, too Fortune500. The tools and features are way beyond what Zoho offers, but cost of implementation and customization is way beyond most small business entities. The simplicity of Zoho and the low entry cost is what sold me.

One of the best platforms together information for the customer information and data related to the specific to the relevant options in order to provide specific scenario as per the requirements also providing the best benefits in order to give the specific position as compared to any other platform it is very simple and secure one.
  • Connections
  • Community
  • Support
Cons
  • Data Adaption
  • Shuffling sometimes incorrect
  • Authentication process
It is well suited in order to store or gather information of the customers in order to provide the best experience as much as can. Also, it is one of the best platforms to showcase the behavior of storage also providing sales opportunities in order to get proper support and resolve the issue.

Zoho CRM is an important tool that if used on a daily basis will help you bring in more deals.

Zoho CRM is a great tool for any company that makes and receives daily phone calls with an array of clients/customers. I am in sales in the financial industry and work with sales reps from hundreds of companies spread out throughout the country. I often have multiple deals going on with one rep, and Zoho CRM does a great job of categorizing and separating each phone call into a specific deal. It's easy to use and has helped me stay organized. Without Zoho, I would've lost so many leads just through not remembering to contact or look at previous conversations. Zoho's best quality is its ease of use and ability to categorize each conversation I have down to the dollar amount we are working on.
  • Categorize calls with the appropriate sales rep as well as the specific deal being worked on.
  • Reminds me of previous conversations and allows me to set reminders to make follow-up calls.
  • Helps me categorize my sales reps into groups so I know how to approach each phone call.
Cons
  • The tabs and overall layout of the home screen could be slightly more pleasant, it's just not that nice to look at.
Zoho is perfect for when you have multiple conversations with a sales rep, but need to categorize each conversation within the correct deal. I did not have any problem swith Zoho, so I can't think of real issues where it wasn't appropriate.
