We LOVE Zoho CRM!

Zoho CRM is much more user-friendly and customizable. Great Plains is commonly referred to as 'Great Pains' by most of our organization. The interface is extremely outdated, and the only way to import data is on the back end through complex coding. The only tech support is a pay per user, per month basis. Zoho has included tech support available to any current user at no additional charge and has an awesome support community of documents and case files that are available to anyone requiring support as an option if you're looking for a quick fix and another user had the same or similar question.

While Zoho CRM was not as feature rich as Salesforce.com, it was definitely more affordable. We looked at upgrading our current CRM, Goldmine CRM, but it was too limited and the upgrade offered was not cloud based. We were already a Zoho customer, using Zoho Projects, and felt that Zoho CRM was affordable and provided the features necessary to handle our entire global team.

We selected ZOHO over the above - specifically Salesforce - initially because of the price. Secondly, we do not have the technical expertise and budget to do a lot of customization at this time. So, we needed a product that had a good user interface, and that was flexible and intuitive enough for non-programmers.

Zoho is cheaper and simpler but not that efficient as compare to HubSpot CRM. I think HubSpot has 100 more features than Zoho.
Email deliverability is also better on HubSpot in my experience. I think but it does the job though. It all depends on what you want to do.

Zoho has an all-in-one solution called Zoho One which combines most of the solutions a company of our size requires. Thanks to this, we were able to consolidate our solutions into a single ecosystem while saving money. Zoho also has sales and marketing automation features that the other platforms don't which saves our business a lot of time.

Zoho is the only product we have used. Our company is fairly new and before purchasing Zoho a few years ago, client files were only saved and looked at through our company server. Because of how great Zoho has been, we have never considered looking for another product because there really is no need

While some of these other tools can act as a basic CRM, it has strengths in other areas, like mass email campaigns. Zoho is great for data manipulation and quoting/invoicing. But Zoho strengths are, at the same time lack results in the email marketing component because of its use of its own SMTP server. So what we found was that Zoho may not be best suited to support every aspect of an organization.

Zoho CRM stacks up against others because it's very easy to use. There are many new updates and features that are being developed and the support from Zoho CRM has been pretty good in my opinion. I would match Zoho CRM to any other CRM out there and imagine that it would stack up well for what it does.

We are currently evaluating the possibility of moving from Zoho to MS to see if this is a better fit for our business without increasing costs too heavily

Zoho is just as easy to use and I find it just as easy to create reports in Zoho as in Salesforce. Salesforce is stronger in hierarchy and parent relationships, which can be crucial for data cleansing and data maintenance. I did not have a role in selecting Zoho CRM.

I have not used any other CRM other than Zoho so I'm not the best person to compare it to another CRM but overall Zoho is highly customizable so it does allow you to build in functions that are very specific to your company's needs. It also allows you to create tasks and set up specific reminders so that all team member are held accountable for action items with strict deadlines.
