Zoho CRM is very well suited if you have a large amount of products you sell within one business system. It is less appropriate if you have two business systems (say Zoho and an older outdated program), one being utilized by sales & the other by manufacturing, that are not both willing to update to the same platform. This creates a lot of extra work because details have to be entered in[to] both programs, and the two programs will not communicate with each other.

CRM is full of features and is comparably cost effective for what is provided. Even at the mid tier levels, we get the ability to set up automation rules which increases efficiency for us.

Zoho CRM is robust and customizable, but for extremely complex enterprise scenarios with highly specialized needs or intricate workflows, organizations might find that more extensive and specialized CRM solutions could be better suited. Larger enterprises with extremely intricate sales processes may require a more tailored and sophisticated solution.

For Sales, Call center it is well suited. It is mostly well suited for small business who want to switch to crm rather then excel. It is money efficient. It is not that much appropriate for factories, production and Engineering companies. Lots of customization need to be made for these companies.

Well Suited

1. Leads and opportunities Management - Efficiently manage leads, track deals, and automate sales workflows
2. Workflows - Automated workflows to update dependent fields, send user notifications etc
3. Reporting and dashboarding - Custom-built reports to track the team's performance, lead quota, sales pipeline, etc

Less Appropriate

1. Mobile Access - The mobile UI is bad and difficult to use

It is well suited for Sales and Marketing, but it helps our organization to add attachments, especially when it helps the Accounts team add an invoice in the CRM, and also add notes and description of each leads.

We searched different CRM platforms and noticed that ZOHO was well-priced, but some reviews said it didn't support forms well. IN our case, we already had forms on our wp site, so we did not need to use that aspect. instead, we used an integrator, so I don't have a review on that aspect of the CRM as we're not using that feature. This works for our company, so we are not using the standard automation with zoho forms.

If you are on a budget, Zoho is probably one of the most affordable CRMs out there.

But if you want to really scale and have a huge database, I think it's not for that.

Especially with marketing campaigns, it has tons of room for improvement.

Also, email deliverability with email marketing campaigns is an issue.

For a small business, Zoho is a great way to have a CRM that fits your budget. It is well worth it as it can be set-up to send reminders to your sales team to do follow-ups to quotes, which is important in getting contracts signed. Clients always love quick, accurate responses.

In my case, while working as a sales operations analyst. It is one of the best tools to have in my arsenal. I don't regret learning it as it is fairly future proof and I believe it is here to stay. For any sales or buisness needs Zoho CRM is highly recommended.

Well Suited: When you want to analyze a particular task and how much time was taken by the developer then Zoho is required. Also, there should be the proper allocation of the resources in the particular project then Zoho CRM will be useful.

Less Appropriate: When there is a download of the report and automation required then Zoho is not appropriate. For example, if I want each developer report at the end of thee month on my email ID then it is not suitable

I only have experience using it in this specific field of business. I am curious if Zoho can be customized to fit other businesses and how the layout would look. For us, using it to set up a page for every current and past client is very helpful. I cant think of a scenario where it would be less appropriate

Is very powerfull marketing campiagn tracking tool if you integrate it properly with outside apps. I am using it with Mailchimp, Google Ads and survey monkey to get full insights. As mentioned earlier, Zoho CRM teal collaboration tool, it is not meant for Agile management so not suitable for sprints etc. Please note Zoho provides free credit to startups.

Zoho CRM is well suited for organizations that have multiple departments all working together on common cases/situations. It's where you can look for almost any question/answer you may have about a particular customer. A wealth of information can be housed in each customer's file. It may not be appropriate for a small company without lots of moving parts to each customer.

Zoho CRM would appear to function great for basic CRM functionality. It does well in the customization of record fields and role-based access. However, for more advanced data flows or integrations with other 3rd party applications, it requires a lot of low-code data process builds. Many native integrations, that would be available in Hubspot or Salesforce, just simply isn't available for Zoho, so a lot of additional work needs to be done to integrate.

Zoho CRM has been well suited for our needs. We find that we are able to manage a lead properly and see that we can easily create a proposal and then hand off that proposal to the end-user either by email or by hand. Its less appropriate on the technician side as there is no mobile app for the techs to use.

I believe it's expensive, clunky and No support is given. In my opinion, Zoho CRM with its plethora of apps is extremely user unfriendly. I believe It is a job in itself that does not aid business but hampers it

Zoho crm is great for lead-gen campaigns that attract visitors to website. It also provides functionality to turn this lead into a client. It's an end-2-end system that works well, albeit with some limitations. Zoho crm is not as clean or easy to use as hubspot, but it is so much cheaper.
