The user interface is OK but it is not easy to customize meaning there is a lot of irrelevant information (menus, filters, modules) that takes up valuable space on a screen. Customization of Modules and Fields can be a little bit fiddly as this will regularly involve the requirement for scripting.

Compared to our previous CRM, Zoho is a breeze. I can look up customers and reports with no issue. There are times when it may be difficult to find something, but I assume that is because I am not in Zoho every day like the sales team is. It does everything we need very simply, so I would definitely recommend it to others.

Zoho CRM has a good ease of use and manageability across platforms. It also has free of cost version of the CRM for Startups and New businesses. It gives a long term vision for the companies to plan their sales by doing market research, create sales forecasting and predictions for future sales. The companies can develop vision for growth and increase their sales accordingly. Customer relationship management in any company is a major concern and Zoho CRM is a one stop solution for it.

I have never had to build/implement a CRM system and it was easier and more intuitive that I was expecting. It became an asset much quicker than anticipated. After watching a few tutorials I found everything to be easy, unlike some other popular and more expensive solutions. After trying no less than 3 other CRMs I found this one to be the most simple to use.

The methodology of the 'out of the box' user interface is fairly easy to learn. In some cases however, the interface is not consistent throughout the software. Upgrades to the interface has certainly improved some of this--- but now we are seeing the same kinds of inconsistencies across Zoho apps, particularly those more recently added to their platform. This issue is not major in that everybody on staff seems able to learn how to work the programs--- it's just annoying and less than efficient when inconsistent user interfaces or inconsistent terms are used in the programs and/or the requisite documentation.

In my overall experience, I would highly recommend Zoho CRM, though it lacks the feature of partial entries, still we used that for our non-profit organization. They have offered us a non-profit discount as well. Moreover, their support is good, and has dedicated employees to help the clients. From my experience, sometimes, we got the idiots, but overall the support is good. They have helped us in doing custom functionalities that other CRM providers don't do for free.

It seems to be working for us. It will take time before the data actually offers us any real forecasting value but for now, it all seems to be working. Everyone seemed to find it easy to start using and keep using.

The tool can be self-taught if the user takes the time to explore the different features on the setup page. There are multiple avenues that this tool can be taken down to empower users to catalog activity and repeat success. When there are new features rolled out there is a newsletter that is sent with an overview of the changes. Additionally, there are webinars hosted with open invites to dig deeper into the new updates and their benefits. Taking it further, there are "Zoholics" groups that are other power users who will meet up to discuss tips and tricks for creating a more powerful, user-friendly platform.

It has its pros and cons mentioned. If everything is already set up, using it is really nice and easy, and the interface is quick too. But configuration is a pain, and extremely messy, slow, almost like a tool from the Stone Age. Also, there are way too many plans and add-ons to really have a good grasp of what we need, and what they can offer.

There are so many functions to use that it is a bit overwhelming. I have stuck with minimal functions in order to optimize my time. Of the functions I have used, they are extremely efficient and useful. I have not yet explored the entirety of Zoho CRM's functionality because I only run a small business.

I have used other more robust CRM systems. Whereas Zoho CRM has some nice features, I don't think it is built to scale for larger more data-driven organizations, I believe.
