We use Zoho Sign in the administration department of our non-profit. We send out contracts on a daily basis, and Zoho Sign allows us to send them out and have them signed easily. We also use it as an information form to gather details about potential clients prior to working with them.
  • Easy use.
  • Drag and drop for text-boxes.
  • Quick upload of documents.
  • It should give an option that the recipient see's the email as coming from our organization, not from "Zoho Sign."
  • It should allow a document to be sent to two people and allow both of them to sign it.
  • There should be an easier way to create documents instead of having to upload a document every-time (or using a pre-set template).
I think Zoho is great for a smaller organization that needs a few documents signed. A larger organization that would use it on a daily basis may not like it because they would want an easier to use and more professional setup. For example:
  • The document shows up as coming from Zoho Sign, which is not a professional look.
  • There is no way to create a document within Zoho Sign. A document needs to be uploaded (or you can use a pre-uploaded template).
  • Ease of use.
  • Drag and drop textboxes.
  • Numerous types of "textboxes."
  • Allowed us to appear more more professional by sending out a fillable document instead of emailing a PDF.
  • Saved us time by sending automated reminders to recipients reminding them to sign the document.
Before using Zoho Sign, we simply send out PDFs and had our partners and clients sign them and send them back. Obviously, Zoho Sign stacks pretty high against that because of how professional it is, how much simpler it is for us to use, and how much time it saves us.

I have used this especially during the pandemic to get contracts and other important documents signed quickly and efficiently.
  • Delivers documents safely.
  • Secure document signatures.
  • No concerns with it during my experience.
Very well suited for important document execution on things like contracts, mortgage documents and other secure items.
  • Ease of use.
  • Security.
  • Efficiency.
  • Quicker document signatures = quicker project starts.
DocuSign seems to be more commonly used and often times clients will ask if we can use that as opposed to Zoho Sign.

  • We use Zoho Sign as part of the new hire/sub-contractor onboarding process.
  • Executing agreements with suppliers.
  • Signing legal documents.
  • Executing customer agreements.
  • Shared organizational templates encourage corporate uniformity and standards.
  • Centralized retention of the executed agreements.
  • Orchestrated signing workflow with internal and external users.
  • Page and element spacing can sometimes be different than expected.
  • There should be more standardized fields for inserting into documents.
Zoho is lesser-known than some of the others, but it is a high value product at a fair price. Zoho Sign can either work well as a standalone product, but is a super value when used alongside other Zoho products, especially if purchased as part of the Zoho One suite.
  • Because we are Zoho One users, it is bundled, therefore we don't have to spend money on another signing solution.
I was a paid subscriber to Adobe prior to using Zoho, and found their solution expensive and inflexible. DocuSign may be the market leader, but Zoho fits better into our overall needs, especially since it integrates well with our other Zoho products.

We use Zoho Sign for our management agreements. It is a crucial part of our workflow to simplify things for us and our users. It allows us ordered signing of documents for a quick, correct turnaround.
  • Ease of importing documents for e-sign.
  • Ease of tracking signatures and document flow.
  • It integrates from sign to the CRM (in that order) poorly. To have the doc associated with the contact it can ONLY come from the CRM.
It seems well suited for all of our company needs which makes it difficult for me to find 'less appropriate' scenarios. It was a simple and well-rounded tool.
  • Zoho Sign was far more affordable for the simple uses we need. It simplified our processes at a very affordable price.
Much more affordable!
