Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

I'm using Zoho Social currently to promote my own company on LinkedIn. I wanted to post regularly and wanted to save time by creating all my posts in batches, which Zoho Social does beautifully. I also looked at pricing. Zoho Social is a lot less than a leading competitor but does everything I need it to. I also recommended it and use it with a non-profit client. They have been using it since 2019 across multiple social media platforms.

  • Analytics on content performance
  • The only thing I've noticed is the date of the post disappears if I edit a post. It's not sticky and has to be reset if I edit the post
In my experience, Zoho Social does everything I need it to and is considerably less $$ than Hootsuite.

We used to manage our social media manually and timing the posts across our social media channels was a major task. With Zoho Social it has been drastically simplified and the best part I have synced Zoho Social with CRM and all the leads flow into the CRM and creates leads and deals automatically.

Zoho Social makes posting across all social media platforms very simple and saves on time. Not only is it affordable but it is also very user-friendly! In these times we need both user-friendly and affordable - Zoho Social not only meets both of these critical criteria but also exceeded all expectations! Highly recommend it whether you are a business or a professional individual.

As a Solo-preneur I understand the importance of self-marketing but finding the time to share my learnings and experiences is hard. Zoho Social's calendar feature has really enabled me to get ahead of the work of sharing and engaging on the various social media platforms. Once a week I sit down and plan out the next week's posts and even the week after. Two weeks out is more of a draft for the week but the monthly view makes it easy for me to see what the theme of the week will be and where it will go.

  • The iPad app is just the iPhone app ported. No calendar view.

The pricing for me is important as well as all the social sites it connects to. Being able to set out a content plan for the coming weeks in one place is really helpful. I had been using other solutions in the past and needed to be able to plan my social activities days or weeks into the future. Zoho lets me do that at a price point I think I can be happy with.

It's a Great App, It is user-friendly and posts on all social media. The cost is affordable also. We can track the conversion and manage the likes, comments, and impressions. You should use this application and it will save you time. on daily basis, I will schedule the post and will do my regular activity.

My organization uses Zoho Social to automate our social media posts. As a small organization, we only have one user who creates content and posts through Zoho. We needed a simple solution that would allow us to customize content by channel and let us post to multiple platforms. The nice thing with Zoho is that it allows us to post to our Google business account, the downside is that there is no Pinterest, which we would use. We tried out Buffer to compare, but it was a little harder to use, and would not give us as many channels for the same price. I looked at other competitors, but they were all more expensive. So while they may have had great features, it was just not necessary for our small organization.

Zoho is great for a simple and cheap solution to automate social media. They also can integrate with other products from Zoho, like CRM, but those were unnecessary for us. Zoho is not great if you are trying to have AI create posts for you, which other products can do.

I love the ease and feel of this app. It has made scheduling and publishing content seamless. I can clearly attach the files and edit them if necessary. It is also possible to download the easy-to-use mobile app, which allows me to find time in my busy schedule to track the growth of my social media accounts and publish content on the go. I am satisfied with the Zoho Social app.

Zoho Social is suited for a small team, like mine, to be able to consistently post content. It helps us get as much content to our follower base and also view engagement with new or current followers all in one place. This is very useful. It has been useful to be able to look at analytics and provide those raw numbers to clients who were curious about how well our posts perform and what type of impressions we get.

The integrated solution helps us post the poster and happening in a single click and it reduces the time we spend on the digital marketing significantly.

Zoho can look into adding Zoho Social as a chrome extension. So that when we create a poster, in a single click we can upload and schedule the posters instantly without any time delay. I used Zoho Social only for transferring leads from my social media platforms to Zoho CRM, and it was very seamless experience. I was able to get real-time leads from my social media campaigns and leads were contacted realtime resulting in more conversion. Also Zoho Social is very much compatible with Zoho CRM. It eliminated so much of manual work of uploading and assigning leads on Zoho CRM.

I am using Zoho Social for the last 30 days and I find it really useful. It helps me in managing multiple social channels from a single place. The interface is smooth, responsive and easy to understand. Anyone who has the basic knowledge can use this platform. But the feature I miss here is the option to research trending keywords and hashtags. I would really like if this feature gets added in future, as of now I am manually searching and putting the tags.

Zoho Social is really good as a social media post scheduler but the pricing of the plans are well suited for established businesses. But for startups like us, it's costly. And if we think of continuing with the free plan then we miss the most basic feature i.e, Scheduling.

As the only Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager for varying brands within our company umbrella, being able to schedule posts on multiple platforms at once helps me focus on other projects knowing the social stuff is handled.

It's really easy to start posting and managing brands, you get detailed information about what works for your brands and what doesn't.

The only thing Zoho can improve is the list of social platforms.

We use Zoho across our organization. It addresses most business needs regarding systems tools, communications, and resources. Zoho is my favorite solution for small, start-up, solo, and community-based businesses as well as major corporations for all online and in-person systems tools and management processes. Zoho Social is equally as robust as all the other Zoho apps. It is rare to find social media tools that are as in-depth and extensive as other operations tools. Zoho Social raises continues to raise the bar higher and higher.

I've been using Zoho for many years for my personal brand and nonprofit organization. It is customizable and affordable at every level. I can not see where any brand wouldn't benefit from using this tool. I've tried many, many social media management tools over the years and this is by far the best and gives you the most for free. What you can get for the standard, premium, and pro is beyond anything a solo or startup brand would need. And they continue to add features and benefits as well as improve upon existing technology.

We use Zoho Social to manage leads from Facebook and LinkedIn. We're able to automate our lead management and easily access the leads coming in to our Zoho CRM. No more daily download of CSV files for us. It's really a time-saver for our organisation who handles hundreds of leads monthly.

Zoho social is really efficient and effective for existing Zoho CRM users because of the seamless integration. You can easily access your leads inside the CRM without manually uploading CSV files or lists. It's great for us because we have lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Linkedin. The leads will automatically sync on our CRM.

I've been using Zoho Social for about two weeks and I love it! By far the easiest scheduling software I have used. I'm looking forward to seeing what Zoho can do!

Zoho Social is a very complete product to schedule and manage all your posts over all your social media channels. Find the best time to post, make your posts in advance and check all reactions. Although complete using it is relatively intuitive. All in all a very recommendable product to add to your company's workflow!

We use Zoho Social to manage our social media presence across multiple social platforms. Before we started using Zoho Social, our biggest challenge was scheduling multiple posts at the same time across our many social platforms. Zoho Social solved for this beautifully with its bulk upload feature. We also love its post approval workflow. It really helped in speeding up the process of posting.
  • Bulk scheduling posts across multiple channels. The sample csv was really simple to use and It really saves alot of time with the scheduling of posts
  • Collaboration & Approvals. Being able to collaborate on a post before having it approved really sped up the planning process for us
  • Team Management. Being able to customize user privileges is has made account management a lot simpler for us.
  • The main dashboard, although very informative from a stats perspective, lacks the versatility needed to truly manage the multiple channels from a glance. What would have made it great, is the ability to see more than just the last item posted to the social media accts. This should be something that can be customized at the dashboard level
Zoho Social is great for teams that use separate processes/platforms to develop and manage their content & videos from their content scheduling & approval process. So if you are looking for a scheduler and content creation tool in one, this would not be the best tool for you, as a lacks the functionality to perform any type of editing to you artwork. For example, cropping photos to fit the various platforms. This would have to be done prior to uploading to Zoho Social.

Zoho Social is an amazing tool that I love using to help not only post on and manage all of the social media platforms that I use but to receive analytics and recommendations to help boost my posts and get the maximum amount of exposure possible.

Well, Zoho Social has made my social scheduling a lot easier, being able to link up all my platforms under 1 brand is fantastic. A lot of others just let you do 2 or 3 then have to do others separately. I have been using for 2 months now and will 100% be paying for it going forward. I will also be recommending it to all my clients to start using.

I have started using Zoho Social recently. It seems an ok app, much cheaper than Hootsuite and with the same features, plus a lot extra that haven't checked yet. The user interface is friendly and intuitive. We mainly focus on scheduling content for social media and that is easy to do and provides flawless results.

  • Maybe a more clear way to navigate between different tools

I think Zoho is a fine tool for companies such as ours, a small company focused on B2B business. We use Social Media mostly for branding and to build and nurture closer relationship with HR and Training Managers, a select group of people who are in charge of hiring training courses for their companies.

Zoho Social has been very helpful in allowing us to create a bunch of great content for our Social Media accounts and manage it easily. At this point, we're several months ahead on scheduling and the platform is easy to get up and running. It only took about 30 minutes to get up to speed on the workflow in Zoho Social. We're looking forward to trying out more tools in the Zoho suite of products to help with our business.

We use Zoho Social to manage/schedule our social media and monitor any news/trends that are useful for comment. This product helps us address post scheduling and a spread out working group that need to be able to review each others work for approval and editing. This serves as a solid central location for those purposes.

  • it's post approval structure wasn't very intuitive and we abandoned it for simply approving drafts

It is less appropriate for small organizations - but definitely more effective for a large team or a remote workforce trying to manage several channels and diverse media campaigns. It's great for setting a content calendar as well if you are setting things in motion in advance for planning campaigns.

I used it to increase my social media footprint. As a legally blind elder millennial, it simplified the process quite handily. I found it easy to use, functionally simple and what I did not know how to do I quickly figured out. Overall it is a very handy and useful product.

  • Uploading multiple posts can be tricky and the tutorial does not exist on the site. I had to seek it out via Google.
Simply put, it was good to get my product out there. The algorithm behind most social media is predicated on output and engagement and Zoho Social helped simplify my social media output and helped me monitor engagement.
