- Besides, Zoho Social is fruitful in customer engagement plan, where the software manages different accounts, and there is free communications throughout.
- Finally, there is social media evaluation, monitoring, and analytics, and all of them brings to us an inference that is accurate and digital.
- Nonetheless, Zoho Social has limited integrations, and this limits its capacity in providing proper services.
- Also, some Facebook and Twitter posts takes time to load when created using Zoho, and this can be streamlined.
- Otherwise, we had an overall positive encounter with the software, which we appreciate.

Zoho is a good product for the price

- Photo upload - it is clunkier than competitors and would be great if they had a drag and drop option.
- Post preview isn’t great; I like to see the post as it will appear, with the photos, etc.
At €15 per month Zoho is an outright winner for me!
Here I am over a month later on Zoho with zero issues so far. It only took a few days to get used to Zoho's setup and interface. Now I feel much more at home that I was before. Storing regularly used images on the cloud is so handy, especially when on the move and needing to post via mobile. More control over the account and posts. Collaboration with other members and I can even prevent posts from going out without my approval. Canva is integrated which is another fantastic addition that gives more control and ability to create a quality post, especially when on the move.
The reports are better and easier to read, especially at a glance. The scheduled reports option is really handy, especially when you want a report delivered right after a campaign, event, weekend etc.
All in all, this is a superior social media tool than I was using before. I highly recommend trialing Zoho before settling on any other platform.

- I'd like to be able to copy/reuse/duplicate an old post. Sometimes only a few details need changing.
- A preview or suggestions with Twitter #tags. For example, #NHLBruins for the Boston Bruins will display the NHL teams logo after the #tag on twitter. Also as you type in a #tag suggestions or trending tags will appear.
- An accurate preview of how the post will look on on whichever social media channel you schedule a post on.
