Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

We use Zoho Social for our daily Social Media Marketing & Posting for DigiSensy. We are happy to use it from initial level. It save the lots of time. While talking about some improvement it should be added some more feature like Canvas to quick design a post but it is not necessary.

I use Zoho Social as means to cross-post and grow following via social media. Before, I was manually posting across various platform which was a complete waste of time. The analytics behind growth on Zoho across platforms is valuable, too. Highly recommend Zoho to any others that are utilizing social media to market and grow their business.

We are mainly using Zoho Social for social marketing of our upcoming game Create Your Own Universe. It is very efficient for us that Zoho Social manages our shares at one place and gives us feedback about the views, interactions, and shares of the posts during the post-release process. It is also a nice feature that the app warns us against platform specific requirements before sending the post so that we can better organize the videos, photos we share in order for them to look the same in all platforms. This helps us standardize our shares.

  • A directs integration to instagram would be very nice but this is basically not about Zoho, more about facebook team

We have a few videos to share on our social media accounts: Linked in, facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, another personal youtube account, and tiktok. First of the videos will be shared now, but the second one should be shared 3 hours later, and the third one 6 hours later. Also, with some text, on each share... You give this job to a personnel and thrust they will be fast enough to login those accounts and share the content almost at the same time, with no mistakes on the texts we use, and you thing you are done, right? It doesn't work that way in real life situations. However, you can share the same text and video to every platform momentarily by clicking a button by Zoho Social. you can also schedule posts to be shared later at a certain time and date. Now, you can concentrate to develop the character and details of your campaign. And, also, now, you have a personnel who can be useful at some other work.

Zoho is really helpful in managing our social profiles, we can even schedule our posts for different times, and connect all our channels at single place, Zoho Social also helps us with the ai tool eva, which helps us write good content as well as hashtags and place. Amazing tool to manage your socials all in one place. I love the feature to create a recurrent post and forget about it. Highly recommended for branding, marketing and advertising. The only downside is the inability to post reels. Once this is out, it will skyrocket. Looking forward to the new horizons.

Zoho Social is a good social media management tool, fast to work and its help more for my product reach and cost value is to high ,we need to reduce the cost value, and also its help reduce my work time more over easy to use. As a small business owner, Zoho Social gives me more time back in my day to accomplish daily tasks in my business and spend more time with my customers by allowing me to schedule content out, do reports and respond to messages across multiple platforms all in one place. It has been a real life saver for us.

Zoho Social is the first platform we have come across that is suitable for all of our users. Even those with limited digital know-how can use it to create content and schedule making our whole operation much more effective and efficient - important when you rely on volunteer contributors. I use Zoho to manage my organization's social media channels and it's been a game-changer! It makes scheduling and posting across multiple channels a breeze. Before switching to Zoho I was spending hours scheduling social media, now it just take minutes. Zoho also has great analytical and other tools that make social media management extremely effective.

For small non-profit organizations, Zoho is probably the best tool out there for managing multiple social media accounts! I have only really used Zoho Social for their scheduled posting ability on social media. This simplifies and accelerates our workflow of uploading daily on social media. It's nice to be able to post on 6 different platforms from a single centralized location.

Zoho Social was more than comprehensive when it comes to scheduling posts on various platforms. There are different customizations that you are able to utilize especially with their custom content feature. However, one thing that bugged me was that it wouldn't tell you when the brand health table updates or if it was updated.

I've used at least 20 different social media tools from Buffer, to Hootsuite, SocialBee, Loomly, and [...] knows how many others from apps, trials etc. While some like Hootsuite and Later were good tools, and while Canva even offers an element of solutions for social media, I always found Zoho Social to be the one which stood out. While I know it doesn't have "everything", the truth is no solution out there will. Everyone will give you the "Pay our super duper premium plan and you'll land on the moon". The reality is that is [...]. Before you start off, understand what you want. What does success look like for you when you are looking for a social media tool. Don't think of fluffy "imagine if you could do xyz", think of what is important for your business.

For me, it was Brand Health, Scheduling, nice UI, reporting, and multiple platform support. Zoho Social had everything I wanted, so was perfect. The things it doesn't have are few and far between, but I manage as I'm saving 3/4 hours a week by having Zoho. It is perfect for me, and I think it should be perfect for most SMEs.

We currently use Zoho Social to find what best words to us for our SEO, we use it to make and post ads in the future at certain times. I think it is very efficiant, user friendly, and at a wonderful price. You can add all of your media pages and get all of the info and analytics on all of this so you know where you need to post and when. It is a must have tool in this day and age.

Zoho Social is amazing!! I think all of Zoho Social apps and tools are far superior than anything out there. Weather you only need a CRM its the best, or if you only needs bookings, its amazing. In my experience, Zoho Social literally has everything you could possibly think of. I think the price is great and they are all about ensuring you have enough time to make sure you get to know your way around and they make it super easy to navigate all of their apps. If you have not checked out Zoho Social before then I think you are missing out highly. Trust me you will love all of their apps and it will change the way you do business.

Having used a number of different social media scheduling strategies, I can honestly say that Zoho Social is by far the best - in terms of price, flexibility and ease of use!

Already it is saving me hours and hours of work in getting my social media presence out there.

We use Zoho for its all in one social media management capabilities. So far we have had no issues with it. It's affordable with great functionality!

Everything I do now is content creation when I'm not with clients. Zoho Social helps me post throughout the day on all of the social media platforms I use without the need for a social media manager. I use it daily and post 6 times per day on multiple platforms throughout the day.

Volunteer-run youth soccer club requires constant social media presence and volunteer hours are limited. Zoho Social comes to the rescue and allows us to keep up with our very social competitors and while they waste their time on social and put very little effort into actual soccer we can accomplish both and come out on top. I absolutely love this app as it helps me a lot to organise. With this app, I can use social media channels in one go and have the information in one place. It is time-saving as I do not need to go from one social media channel to another. It is easy to set up and maintain, and I prefer it to other similar apps.

The free plan is sufficient if you just intend to post on various channels and nothing more.
However, if you want to incorporate it into your day-to-day work, you might need one of the paid plans.
You can already do a lot with the standard subscription. e.g. content scheduling and planning. And you have a calendar for an overview of your post.
The higher the plan, the more you can do, obviously.

We've tried a bunch of different social platforms for our company, and decided to stick with Zoho. The UI and features are super clean and very easy for us to work with. We previously tried some others but found various flaws we didn't like. We haven't found any critical flaws yet with Zoho after a few months.

Zoho Social is exactly what I need in a social media manager. It allows me to draft posts and schedule ahead of time, cross-post to multiple feeds at once, and monitor performance after the fact! I have tried many other tools to fit my use-case, and this one has served me the best with its intuitive dashboard and easy-to-learn workflow.
