Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

I work with Zoho Social because its easy to use, user-friendly, has all the premium services of any leading software like Hootsuite, Sprout. Its very affordable compare to those giants, do exactly the same thing. Would love to stick around with Zoho for a while. Let's see how they perform after a year.

We are a new startup started using Zoho Social right from the inception. We use ZohoSocial mainly for the Social Media integration, Social Media post automation and for post analytics. We are planning to use the premium version of Zoho Social once very soon. Costwise it is little higher side for the small company but the services they provide were worth the cost.

It keeps my social media presence under control. I can properly schedule posts and ensure my online presence is active and provides results.

I use Zoho Social to integrate with all my social media, schedule posts and maintain a constant presence.

I can also monitor my progress, all the data being displayed on a single report page.

I think it is great for busy business owners and for marketing teams. If you are sick of managing multiple business platforms, I think this tool is awesome. On top of that if you run a marketing agency, you can easily get the social media presence of your clients under control as well.

I don't see a case where Zoho Social may be bad.

I used Zoho Social to organize and manage posting to multiple platforms, tweak the posts to the circumstances on each platform, and to schedule those posts. I't's also helpful to monitor the states, and select posts for revision and reposting. I do with it would show me a longer trail of posting history, organized by channel. And I'm still waiting for them to add BluSky, Threads, and other emerging platforms.

As a start-up founder, I’ve used (nearly) every social media management app you can think of for brand management… Hootsuite, Buffer, PLANOLY, Metricool, Loomly… you get the picture. However, after using Zoho Social to create and schedule content across my platforms, I have to declare the app no.1! There’s a mobile app for on-the-go access. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Plus, the free version is surprisingly robust and offers enough features for the more casual social media user. Great job Zoho

For start-ups and sole traders with limited cash flow for a full-blown design and marketing team, Zoho Social is a no-brainer. We use Zoho Social to create, manage, and distribute organic social media and to monitor the results. We've used other platforms pre-Zoho but found them to be less flexible and more costly. The move to Zoho Social was so easy, connection happened the first time for every channel that we use and the data came through almost immediately. Scheduling is also incredibly simple and approvals are managed well too.

I must say, I've been in digital marketing for over 10 years, and Zoho Social truly has put together a unique set of features that fits just right with the needs of businesses, especially Online Business Owners who have Personal Brands!

I particularly love the fact that it doesn't just focus on post-scheduling - it focuses on overall community management and that is absolutely useful.

I like that I can see the calendar and what is coming up, and what needs to go in. I like that others can be a part of the team, so many people can have their input.

Zoho Social is awesome, and the reach goes even farther than that. I'm considering switching to their CRM because of how integrated everything is. I don't like to post ONE time per social account, so this helps save me 3-5 iterations, and now I'm eager to try bulk-scheduling!

Plus, you can schedule a post to repeat monthly or weekly, so you get to test your copy and see how it performs over time.

This makes iteration much easier and experimentation the aim, rather than struggle-bus tour to get nowhere fast.

Defffinitely take a look at this, both desktop and mobile, extremely useful.

Plus there's a free (and extended trial) of their epic Premium features, so you get to enjoy the perks while it helps generate leads-- which will get you the cashflow you need.

Pretty easy.

  • One place for metrics across ALL your socials-- Again, Time.
  • Easy peasy scheduling
  • Smart Queue to boost your reach!
  • I want to see them expand to Threads-- if they do, it's GAME OVER

If you need to post a lot of content, across several socials-- or just save yourself from posting and checking each individual one, Zoho Social is definitely yours. Even coming up with content itself is easier with integrated AI-- complete with emojis (my nemesis) and SmartQ to position your best content at the best TIME for your audience.

Hi, I am using Zoho Social to autopublish vacancies and posts in Twitter, Linkedin, Linkedin Page, Facebook, and Facebook page, I haven´t found another application that allows you to connect that many social channels with a free version. It has earned me a lot of time having to do things manually! It is easy to use and it loads fast

I like that Zoho Social gives you a free trial and you can extend it for more days or even months, in the free trial you can add several social media and even a Facebook Group, so far I have enjoyed this product! As a recruiter I have to post vacancies and with Zoho Social I can post, program the application to Autopublish several times I can rest the following days of having to post every day manually in my social channels.

The analytics behind growth on Zoho across platforms is valuable, too. Highly recommend Zoho to any others that are utilizing social media to market and grow their business.
