Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

As a start-up founder, I’ve used (nearly) every social media management app you can think of for brand management… Hootsuite, Buffer, PLANOLY, Metricool, Loomly… you get the picture. However, after using Zoho Social to create and schedule content across my platforms, I have to declare the app no.1! There’s a mobile app for on-the-go access. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. Plus, the free version is surprisingly robust and offers enough features for the more casual social media user. Great job Zoho

For start-ups and sole traders with limited cash flow for a full-blown design and marketing team, Zoho Social is a no-brainer. I like that I can see the calendar and what is coming up, and what needs to go in. I like that others can be a part of the team, so many people can have their input.

I am only using Zoho Social to schedule my social media posts on 5 different platforms. For this, it is brilliant, I love the ease of it and the fact I can do this in the middle of the night! It wouldn't suit someone who posts to only groups, or doesn't need to schedule posts or comment to others.

Hi, I am using Zoho Social to autopublish vacancies and posts in Twitter, Linkedin, Linkedin Page, Facebook, and Facebook page, I haven´t found another application that allows you to connect that many social channels with a free version. It has earned me a lot of time having to do things manually! It is easy to use and it loads fast

I like that Zoho Social gives you a free trial and you can extend it for more days or even months, in the free trial you can add several social media and even a Facebook Group, so far I have enjoyed this product! As a recruiter I have to post vacancies and with Zoho Social I can post, program the application to Autopublish several times I can rest the following days of having to post every day manually in my social channels.

We are mainly using Zoho Social for social marketing of our upcoming game Create Your Own Universe. It is very efficient for us that Zoho Social manages our shares at one place and gives us feedback about the views, interactions, and shares of the posts during the post-release process. It is also a nice feature that the app warns us against platform specific requirements before sending the post so that we can better organize the videos, photos we share in order for them to look the same in all platforms. This helps us standardize our shares.

  • A directs integration to instagram would be very nice but this is basically not about Zoho, more about facebook team

We have a few videos to share on our social media accounts: Linked in, facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, another personal youtube account, and tiktok. First of the videos will be shared now, but the second one should be shared 3 hours later, and the third one 6 hours later. Also, with some text, on each share... You give this job to a personnel and thrust they will be fast enough to login those accounts and share the content almost at the same time, with no mistakes on the texts we use, and you thing you are done, right? It doesn't work that way in real life situations. However, you can share the same text and video to every platform momentarily by clicking a button by Zoho Social. you can also schedule posts to be shared later at a certain time and date. Now, you can concentrate to develop the character and details of your campaign. And, also, now, you have a personnel who can be useful at some other work.

We currently use Zoho Social to find what best words to us for our SEO, we use it to make and post ads in the future at certain times. I think it is very efficiant, user friendly, and at a wonderful price. You can add all of your media pages and get all of the info and analytics on all of this so you know where you need to post and when. It is a must have tool in this day and age.

Zoho Social is amazing!! I think all of Zoho Social apps and tools are far superior than anything out there. Weather you only need a CRM its the best, or if you only needs bookings, its amazing. In my experience, Zoho Social literally has everything you could possibly think of. I think the price is great and they are all about ensuring you have enough time to make sure you get to know your way around and they make it super easy to navigate all of their apps. If you have not checked out Zoho Social before then I think you are missing out highly. Trust me you will love all of their apps and it will change the way you do business.

I absolutely love this app as it helps me a lot to organise. With this app, I can use social media channels in one go and have the information in one place. It is time-saving as I do not need to go from one social media channel to another. It is easy to set up and maintain, and I prefer it to other similar apps.

However, if you want to incorporate it into your day-to-day work, you might need one of the paid plans.
You can already do a lot with the standard subscription. e.g. content scheduling and planning. And you have a calendar for an overview of your post.
The higher the plan, the more you can do, obviously.

We evaluated and compared several social media management tools and Zoho Social offered most of the activities we sought. During our trial period, we could schedule across diverse social networks, check analytics, monitor the pages, find competitor activities, and download reports. It is a comprehensive tool to measure, compare, publish posts, research, and analyze the social presence of any brand.
  • The "limited publisher" option offers great control over a post before it is uploaded. Only when the assigned approver approves it, the final posting is done.
  • The summary reports are very crisp and on-point. The custom dashboard for "Reports" is an added advantage!
  • "Monitoring" lets the user add multiple categories that they wish to monitor for their brand. For eg. Reviews, Page search, Hashtag, Mentions, etc.
  • Zoho Social can improve publishing features under LinkedIn. Upload PDF carousel, Tag people, etc.
  • Provide metrics on Retweets done from the page/profile - Twitter.
  • Provide a better view of the competitor insights. Maybe, add it as a separate section under "Reports".
Zoho Social is a great tool to look for trending topics. I had to research and make an ideation on the trending topic of IPL and it helped me provide a quick view of what other brands were doing. I added the #IPL2023 under the "Mentions" section. Just a few clicks and the work was done!

I use Zoho Social to pre-schedule posts across multiple platforms. I recently moved my business’s social media management across from another provider, having been with the previous incumbent for many years. However, I had begun to find it expensive and glitchy, and Zoho Social made sense to me given that I already use Zoho Books. I’m very happy with Zoho Social thus far, although I’m still finding my feet. The best part is that there is local support in my country!

  • Sometimes my Insta images have a black column on the side but I don’t know why.
Zoho Social is ideal if you want to pre-schedule different types of posts across multiple social media platforms. I can’t speak to the reporting or analytics as I don’t use these at the moment. But Zoho Social is perfect for small, owner-managed businesses like mine.

Zoho Social helps me to keep track of social media posts, and be able to respond timely to stay engaged with my potential clients. Rather than having to go to multiple platforms to be aware and stay on top of my social media presence, Zoho Social puts it right at my fingertips. This greatly helps me to keep on top of my social marketing, and saves me valuable time that I can use elsewhere.

Zoho Social gives me the opportunity to schedule my social media posts to bring inspiration to many individuals residing in the Philippines. I only use the basic features of it, like scheduling, but I am confident I am capable at its more advanced features for when the day finally comes.

This app has a more professional feel to it than competing online software. It may be at times a bit frustrating to manually move the scheduling tool towards the last post scheduled but at the same time this keeps one attentive that s/he should not schedule too far ahead of time.

One of the standout features of Zoho Social is its ability to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. Users can schedule posts, monitor brand mentions and respond to comments and messages across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more! This centralized approach saves time and eliminates the need for multiple logins+tabs.

Another feature of Zoho Social is its powerful analytics capabilities. Users can track engagement metrics like likes, comments + shares, as well as measure the success of campaigns and track competitor activity. Problem: You need your social media analytics all in one place with some additional non-directly translatable without database & processing. Solution: an all-in-one place social media analytics dashboard. They are very much no frills and for the pricing, it's almost unbeatable. I have tried Iconosquare and such but this is by far the best for its price solution.
  • The setup of user accounts is super easy.
  • Analytics shown are clean and easy to read.
  • It's honestly not that expensive.
  • When you click on the individual content performance, there needs to be more analytical charts to see momentum and falls in likes to show longevity.
  • Instagram mentions & tagging are not captured well or at all.
If you need a full suite, to track KOL & customer bottom funnel, this will not cut it. I use it more for quick analytics and brand health. I have not tried the scheduling, but Instagram creator studios do a better job there, so it's not really a consideration for me. As for the key metrics, they do provide some good insights. I would honestly prefer a momentum view per content than fixed numbers but for me, it's not a deal breaker.

We use it for content planning and scheduling our posts. We dont have to worry about timing as the software advises us the right time for our post. We had to constantly look for staff to do our posting and with this software our worries and tensions have reduced to a great extent.

The biggest problem I appreciated Zoho Social for fixing is allowing me to schedule posts for my clients on LinkedIn AND Twitter which seems to be very uncommon on social media management softwares. I only used Zoho Social, and none of their other apps because that's all I really needed (Twitter management). However, I can see how integral the other software is that they offer to allow a company complete CRM service. I also loved how I could retweet tweets that my client was tagged in directly in the Zoho Social app as well as respond to messages, etc. I think this was my favorite feature.
  • Their analytics are on point, updates daily (if not sooner), and shares them for each platform you have connected
  • Loved how I am able to retweet directly in the platform and respond to all social media direct messages within the platform as well.
  • If a photo is too large for instagram, you can crop and add filters to the image(s) before you post right in the app with no hassle.
  • The button to "customize posts" was very hard to find. I got frustrated trying to locate it. I ended up having to make multiple posts with the same content to post on each platform instead of just using one button to sort everything out.
  • It would be amazing if they had a video based social media such as tik tok or youtube. You can post videos on FB or IG, but they won't come as reels. There isn't a place to post IG stories either.
  • When I'm tagging people in a post, they'll pull up the twitter and facebook names but no one else. So often I would post the wrong IG name and have to go back and edit the post.
I've only used the Zoho Social app, however I would definitely use it again. It's great for analytics, and a one stop shop to monitor and manage your social media platforms. If you're main focus is tik tok or youtube, then this might not be the best place for you. But if you're heavy on IG, FB, or Twitter this is truly an amazing software. I didn't use them, but their team features are everywhere and I can see how easy it could be to work with multiple people on a project.

We have multiple clients with multiple accounts, so we needed a platform that was quick and easy to use but had advanced features when we needed them. This was evidently exactly what we got we with Zoho Social
  • Jumping between multiple accounts easily
  • A well presented social calendar that's easy to manage
  • A really simple interface for posting content quickly
  • Scheduling threads on Twitter would be great
Taking a client's brief, scheduling an entire month's posts in one afternoon, then seeing the analytics each day to assess how the posts have done. It works perfectly.

As the person responsible for wine.co.za's social media management, I have to publish content on various social media platforms. It tends to get very time-consuming. But planning and scheduling content on Zoho Social saves me a lot of time. Since using Zoho Social, I now have more time to spend on my other responsibilities. I feel a lot less overwhelmed; in fact, I'm more productive these days.

  • Helpful, friendly customer service.
  • Different ways to view social media schedule, i.e. monthly or weekly.
  • Inability to tag users on Instagram photos.
For our e-commerce store, I can easily schedule the same post on Facebook and Instagram in minutes. Before scheduling it for publication, I can tweak the post for the two different platforms. For example, when tagging brands, I can write and tag them differently on the respective platforms to make sure they'll display correctly when published. For the Instagram post, I can add a whole different set of hashtags.
