Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

We are mainly using Zoho Social for social marketing of our upcoming game Create Your Own Universe. It is very efficient for us that Zoho Social manages our shares at one place and gives us feedback about the views, interactions, and shares of the posts during the post-release process. It is also a nice feature that the app warns us against platform specific requirements before sending the post so that we can better organize the videos, photos we share in order for them to look the same in all platforms. This helps us standardize our shares.

  • Warning about platform specific issues, also giving choice not to include problematic platforms
  • Showing statistics of our shares as a table so that we can understand about the impact of our specific posts.
  • A directs integration to instagram would be very nice but this is basically not about Zoho, more about facebook team
  • A simple video/content converter that will fix the format for twitter automatically, maybe...
We have a few videos to share on our social media accounts: Linked in, facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, another personal youtube account, and tiktok. First of the videos will be shared now, but the second one should be shared 3 hours later, and the third one 6 hours later. Also, with some text, on each share... You give this job to a personnel and thrust they will be fast enough to login those accounts and share the content almost at the same time, with no mistakes on the texts we use, and you thing you are done, right? It doesn't work that way in real life situations. However, you can share the same text and video to every platform momentarily by clicking a button by Zoho Social. you can also schedule posts to be shared later at a certain time and date. Now, you can concentrate to develop the character and details of your campaign. And, also, now, you have a personnel who can be useful at some other work.

I use Zoho Social to pre-schedule posts across multiple platforms. I recently moved my business’s social media management across from another provider, having been with the previous incumbent for many years. However, I had begun to find it expensive and glitchy, and Zoho Social made sense to me given that I already use Zoho Books. I’m very happy with Zoho Social thus far, although I’m still finding my feet. The best part is that there is local support in my country!

Zoho Social is ideal if you want to pre-schedule different types of posts across multiple social media platforms. I can’t speak to the reporting or analytics as I don’t use these at the moment. But Zoho Social is perfect for small, owner-managed businesses like mine.

I was searching for a tool to streamline my social media posts. I looked at all of the big names and found them to be too expensive for a new company with little revenue. I found Zoho and started on a free trial. It has been AMAZING! Posting across all of my social media accounts at one time is such a time saver and has expanded my reach as a business owner exponentially! I am extremely happy with Zoho.

Zoho Social gives me the opportunity to schedule my social media posts to bring inspiration to many individuals residing in the Philippines. I only use the basic features of it, like scheduling, but I am confident I am capable at its more advanced features for when the day finally comes.

This app has a more professional feel to it than competing online software. It may be at times a bit frustrating to manually move the scheduling tool towards the last post scheduled but at the same time this keeps one attentive that s/he should not schedule too far ahead of time.

One of the standout features of Zoho Social is its ability to manage multiple social media accounts from a single dashboard. Users can schedule posts, monitor brand mentions and respond to comments and messages across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more! This centralized approach saves time and eliminates the need for multiple logins+tabs.

Another feature of Zoho Social is its powerful analytics capabilities. Users can track engagement metrics like likes, comments + shares, as well as measure the success of campaigns and track competitor activity. These insights enable businesses to make data-driven decisions and optimize their media strategy.

I use Zoho Social for preparing and publishing social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. This is a powerful tool for me to keep content regular and not sporadic with individual apps and all of the problems that arise with those apps. By having everything in one place with Zoho I am far more efficient and can get on with me day.

  • There seems to be a glitch accessing phone photo library every once in a while. It will occasionally only display "Recent" images with no way of accessing the larger library.

I formerly used Hootsuite which was very cumbersome and, frankly, far too much money. It's a perfect replacement for that service with affordability kept in mind WITHOUT losing the ability to do what I did on Hootsuite.

Zoho Social helps me monitor and schedule posts, reply to messages, and review analytics all in one. Currently, my favorite feature is the bulk upload option. It saves me a lot of time to be able to upload hundreds of posts at once. I also enjoy that I can post on Google Business as well as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Problem: You need your social media analytics all in one place with some additional non-directly translatable without database & processing. Solution: an all-in-one place social media analytics dashboard. They are very much no frills and for the pricing, it's almost unbeatable. I have tried Iconosquare and such but this is by far the best for its price solution.
  • The setup of user accounts is super easy.
  • Analytics shown are clean and easy to read.
  • It's honestly not that expensive.
  • When you click on the individual content performance, there needs to be more analytical charts to see momentum and falls in likes to show longevity.
  • Instagram mentions & tagging are not captured well or at all.
If you need a full suite, to track KOL & customer bottom funnel, this will not cut it. I use it more for quick analytics and brand health. I have not tried the scheduling, but Instagram creator studios do a better job there, so it's not really a consideration for me. As for the key metrics, they do provide some good insights. I would honestly prefer a momentum view per content than fixed numbers but for me, it's not a deal breaker.

I use Zoho Social to organize, plan, schedule, and publish content on various platforms. The biggest problem I appreciated Zoho Social for fixing is allowing me to schedule posts for my clients on LinkedIn AND Twitter which seems to be very uncommon on social media management softwares. I only used Zoho Social, and none of their other apps because that's all I really needed (Twitter management). However, I can see how integral the other software is that they offer to allow a company complete CRM service. I also loved how I could retweet tweets that my client was tagged in directly in the Zoho Social app as well as respond to messages, etc. I think this was my favorite feature.
  • Their analytics are on point, updates daily (if not sooner), and shares them for each platform you have connected
  • Loved how I am able to retweet directly in the platform and respond to all social media direct messages within the platform as well.
  • If a photo is too large for instagram, you can crop and add filters to the image(s) before you post right in the app with no hassle.
  • The button to "customize posts" was very hard to find. I got frustrated trying to locate it. I ended up having to make multiple posts with the same content to post on each platform instead of just using one button to sort everything out.
  • It would be amazing if they had a video based social media such as tik tok or youtube. You can post videos on FB or IG, but they won't come as reels. There isn't a place to post IG stories either.
  • When I'm tagging people in a post, they'll pull up the twitter and facebook names but no one else. So often I would post the wrong IG name and have to go back and edit the post.
I've only used the Zoho Social app, however I would definitely use it again. It's great for analytics, and a one stop shop to monitor and manage your social media platforms. If you're main focus is tik tok or youtube, then this might not be the best place for you. But if you're heavy on IG, FB, or Twitter this is truly an amazing software. I didn't use them, but their team features are everywhere and I can see how easy it could be to work with multiple people on a project.

As the person responsible for wine.co.za's social media management, I have to publish content on various social media platforms. It tends to get very time-consuming. But planning and scheduling content on Zoho Social saves me a lot of time. Since using Zoho Social, I now have more time to spend on my other responsibilities. I feel a lot less overwhelmed; in fact, I'm more productive these days.

For our e-commerce store, I can easily schedule the same post on Facebook and Instagram in minutes. Before scheduling it for publication, I can tweak the post for the two different platforms. For example, when tagging brands, I can write and tag them differently on the respective platforms to make sure they'll display correctly when published. For the Instagram post, I can add a whole different set of hashtags.

Zoho Social streamlines my content distribution so that one piece of media can be shared to all the main SM platforms in a few simple clicks. It has saved so much time and effort. Its features include Instagram first comment and hashtag groups which allow for better engagement at the touch of a button.

We've been using Zoho Social for the past 15 days to remain constantly engaged with our audience on social media. It's helped us a ton in brand awareness and posting regularly to maintain that. My organization uses Zoho Social to automate our social media posts. As a small organization, we only have one user who creates content and posts through Zoho. We needed a simple solution that would allow us to customize content by channel and let us post to multiple platforms. The nice thing with Zoho is that it allows us to post to our Google business account, the downside is that there is no Pinterest, which we would use. We tried out Buffer to compare, but it was a little harder to use, and would not give us as many channels for the same price. I looked at other competitors, but they were all more expensive. So while they may have had great features, it was just not necessary for our small organization.

Zoho is great for a simple and cheap solution to automate social media. They also can integrate with other products from Zoho, like CRM, but those were unnecessary for us. Zoho is not great if you are trying to have AI create posts for you, which other products can do.

I have started using Zoho Social recently. It seems an ok app, much cheaper than Hootsuite and with the same features, plus a lot extra that haven't checked yet. The user interface is friendly and intuitive. We mainly focus on scheduling content for social media and that is easy to do and provides flawless results.

I think Zoho is a fine tool for companies such as ours, a small company focused on B2B business. We use Social Media mostly for branding and to build and nurture closer relationship with HR and Training Managers, a select group of people who are in charge of hiring training courses for their companies.

We just started using Zoho Social scheduler, it’s great! It works with all the social platforms we use: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. It is the best choice for any small business that needs a social scheduler, which we highly recommend.

I have been using Zoho Social for 2 months. It's an extremely useful tool for those looking to manage social media accounts. Very user-friendly - everything is in one place. This tool has cut down the [number] of hours I spend on social media significantly, as you can easily manage everything in one convenient space. The analytics tools are also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone looking to enhance their social media presence.
  • Streamlines tasks on social media (you can post, interact with followers and view analytics all in once space).
  • Allows you to easily interact with team members. It's extremely collaborative.
  • You can monitor other brands and competitors to pick up on new trends and implement them into your own strategy.
  • The only thing that I would change is having the ability to preview the Instagram Grid so that you can see what the grid will look like as a whole before posting.
It's extremely well suited for companies who use multiple social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.) as you can easily manage everything (including analytics) in one convenient space. If your company only uses one social media platform it may not be as necessary for you to use this tool.

It's being used by the entire company to schedule and publish information on our new products on all our social media platforms. It's been very useful in terms of improving employee productivity as most of the work is automated. It has allowed employees to focus on other duties that require more attention.

I think Zoho is great for an organization that isn't so invested in their social media. It does the bare minimum but is missing some features such as the ability to arrange and preview your Instagram grid and post a carousel of photos to Instagram. For an organization that wants a top-notch Instagram layout, I would not recommend Zoho Social.
