Zoho Social helps marketers in small to large organizations to grow the social media presence of their brand with actionable insights focused on content and engagement.

Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

Within Zoho Social, numbers are included as a value add, around publishing and listening features. A dedicated reports tab provides social-network-specific statistics and detailed analytics enabling users to understand more about their audience and how people engage with their content.

I think it's on par.

It could be that Zoho Social is not that famous or glamorous, but combined with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM, this is a game changer.

Zoho Social was more straightforward to setup than Metricool, everything was up within minutes.

So yes, I think Zoho Social is on top with a clean interface and easy to use.

I've always used the best tools in the industry and would highly recommend them nonetheless. However, Zoho has successfully created the one-stop-shop that delivers on the major tools needed to successfully run multiple brands digitally, AND create easier flows for making sales through social media platforms! I'm truly impressed by the amount of thought that has gone into the making of this app.

It gives more options to autopublish and schedule posts in several social media channels. It gives a free trial and you can extend it for more days and even months, that is something that I have not found in other free versions. Also the prices of the plans are cheaper than other applications

Zoho Social is more practical. It has the features we need. We just want to share content on our social media accounts and view the post-share stats. The integration process is easy, the sharing process is easy, and these are the key features we need at the moment. Also, we can manage our team and responsibilities by Zoho Social's permission system quite efficiently.

Zoho Books is great, and I think even the free version is more than you need if you are a new business. Full P+L track your expenses send professional invoices set up recurring invoices. Set up your home page to show exactly what you want it to. Will keep track of your taxes and who you paid like your employees or vendors. I think it is a must have compared to any other app.

I shopped several platforms and analyzed them over several days. This is where I landed and the only platform I've used. Some were too expensive and others seemed specialized on certain social media channels. This software does it all for a reasonable price.

I love the logic behind the setup. It is easy for me to understand and follow the instructions. I also love the pricing, because we are a small business and cannot afford to spend hundreds of pounds on a programme. It is also great that it neatly works with the other Zoho products, making office work more efficient. I hope that over time we will reap the benefit of it.

Zoho Social beats them all. All the other platforms were buggy, clunky and difficult to use, even from the apps. I have spent years trying all of the other options. I seriously wish I had found Zoho Social sooner.
