Zoho Social helps marketers in small to large organizations to grow the social media presence of their brand with actionable insights focused on content and engagement.

Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

Within Zoho Social, numbers are included as a value add, around publishing and listening features. A dedicated reports tab provides social-network-specific statistics and detailed analytics enabling users to understand more about their audience and how people engage with their content.

I think it is great for busy business owners and for marketing teams. If you are sick of managing multiple business platforms, I think this tool is awesome. On top of that if you run a marketing agency, you can easily get the social media presence of your clients under control as well.

I don't see a case where Zoho Social may be bad.

For start-ups and sole traders with limited cash flow for a full-blown design and marketing team, Zoho Social is a no-brainer. The calendar function helps allow you to plan content days and weeks in advance, plus the ability to batch upload and schedule content while keeping an overview of your feeds, all in one place, is fantastic!

Zoho Social is perfect for you if you truly want to have an immersive experience in your digital marketing efforts. It allows you to easily see everything at a glance so that you can spend less time scrolling to find information about your performance, new messages, etc. They've really thought about the needs of online business owners and put everything at our fingertips.

I am only using Zoho Social to schedule my social media posts on 5 different platforms. For this, it is brilliant, I love the ease of it and the fact I can do this in the middle of the night! It wouldn't suit someone who posts to only groups, or doesn't need to schedule posts or comment to others.

My main use of Zoho Social is the ability to have all of my businesses social media in one place, instead of using the individual applications for posting, replying to messages, mentions etc. Its also nice to see a snapshot of my statistics and the ability to run reports that i can sure with others

If you need to post a lot of content, across several socials-- or just save yourself from posting and checking each individual one, Zoho Social is definitely yours. Even coming up with content itself is easier with integrated AI-- complete with emojis (my nemesis) and SmartQ to position your best content at the best TIME for your audience.

It's a game changer.

I recommend this platform because it is my platform of choice. I have tried others and the ease of use of Zoho Social , as well as its features are the best available at a reasonable price point, especially for charitable organizations that have limited finances and need to keep admin costs low.

I like that Zoho Social gives you a free trial and you can extend it for more days or even months, in the free trial you can add several social media and even a Facebook Group, so far I have enjoyed this product! As a recruiter I have to post vacancies and with Zoho Social I can post, program the application to Autopublish several times I can rest the following days of having to post every day manually in my social channels.

If you are a small business and want to start scheduling post on social media for free, the best platform is Zoho Social. Even when you have been downgraded to free user, the funtions of Zoho Social is still more than enough for your small business

We use Zoho Social for our daily Social Media Marketing & Posting for DigiSensy. We are happy to use it from initial level. It save the lots of time. While talking about some improvement it should be added some more feature like Canvas to quick design a post but it is not necessary.
