Zoom Webinars supports single-session large broadcasts. The product provides the ability to stream to third party platforms, embed into a webpage and send out a single link to attendees. The straightforward set up enables users to host a large broadcast at any moment.

Zoom Events is an event management platform built on Zoom’s video technology. It is used to create and manage virtual events of any size. Zoom Events is complex, but gets "almost easy" with experience and good guidance. I tell people, "Hosting a meeting is like driving a car; hosting a webinar is like driving an 18-wheeler; and hosting a Zoom Event is like flying a commercial airliner." You need experience, training, and ongoing guidance to be good at Zoom Events. Zoom has staff that knows everything there is to know about Zoom Events, but finding them and reaching them isn't easy. There aren't many consultants out there that are affordable and experienced.

Simple to use & deliver the required outputs with no technical background any layman can use the Zoom application & the feature sets of Zoom making it more collaborated while Zoom Video Webinar can be assisted by Zoom support team making its much easier to manage the whole event without any difficulties.

Ease of use and fairly simple to navigate to set up or attend a meeting. It is a simple set up and you can use simple help tutorials to get to where you need. Other users without a camera or microphone will be able to attend a meeting with a simple interface that will allow them to join. By not limiting users more people are able to use this product.

It has solved most of our problems like interaction with colleagues and recording of our events and special meetings. Presentation of power points ppts or Excel sheet drafts everything has been smoothly provided by Zoom Video Webinar. Q n A feature and chat feature helps to manage huge participants. It has slight ineffectiveness in terms of security which justifies my rating.

It is very simple to use. A person does not have to be tech-savvy to be able to operate on this platform. The functions are clear and straightforward and [do] what it says. It can be used on a web browser or you can download the app and sign in on all your devices. There is also a free option where you can host your own meeting within a specific time limit.
