Zoom is very well suited to small businesses looking for a product that does what it's supposed to do and stay out of the way. The app automatically logs you in when you launch it. No need to log in with username and password all the time. There is always a dial tone and the quality is always good. No complaints by callers that they cannot hear you well. Video quality is always good even in less than ideal conditions. No need to interrupt calls for technical reasons. We can just conduct our business.

It is easier to use that some of the competitors. Sometimes I have been in meetings where we have been trying to use Google Meet or Microsoft Teams and we have given up and shifted to Zoom. This is in particular when someone has an older computer that can't deal with the other programmes.

Once a day, Zoom helps me a lot because I have an urgent meeting with my client and with the help of this product, I'm able to attend that meeting easily. But some days before I got an issue which is network bandwidth low problem, I don't know why it not much working stable on that day. But this problem automatically fixed after a day.

I think Zoom runs circles around Teams! I just wish starting meetings was easier - anyone with a link should be able to start the meeting the way you can in Teams. It would also be great to be able to see participants when you are sharing your screen.

Great for meetings with large user groups and for instances here visual aids are needed. Not great for quick calls as picking up the phone and dialing someone is always fastest but definitely helps in scenarios for large group meetings that are planned ahead of time.

Zoom meeting and phone systems work very well. Had no problems migrating our phone number, making and receiving calls, scheduling and attending meetings.
Nonetheless, Zoom has awful tech and billing support. Our invoices arrived with overage fees that aren't described. The billing support tickets are set to low priority, forcing us to pay the invoices before receiving a response. When responses are sent, they usually point to articles, instead of answering real questions. In the rare occasions somebody decides to answer, they put the blame on us, instead of explaining what the overages are. Reaching out to our sales manager is also useless.
Therefore, although the system works well, in case of problems, you are on your own. It is pointless reaching out to their billing and tech support.
We'll migrate to another service the soonest. Can't stand invoices with charges we don't understand when we have an unlimited plan.

Zoom works great to get our team together without taking everyone out of seperate offices. Keeps our team more efficient and less time communting for remote meetings. We use Zoom often. Allows for more frequent meetings as well. I can't think of anywhere it would not be appropriate to use Zoom.

As a project head, I need to travel across India for training other store members regarding new [processes]. Rather than traveling 10 hours I chose Zoom video meetings with all the store members at [the] same time [to] [save] my time and efforts for traveling. I can explain all the [processes] on Zoom meeting which gives me [an] online classroom feeling.

From my personal experiecen, I would never recommend Zoom to anyone. For the reasons previously listed, Zoom is the worst option out there for online meetings. I much prefer the easy experience of Google Meet or even Webex. I think Zoom is slow, has terrible UX, and you will not get a single product update that improves the product. To me, it's been the same disappointing experience since day 1.

Zoom is a good program. I don't feel it has the best security but it is easy to use and served us well during the non-contact period we went through. We were able to have face to face contact wirh remote employees because of zoom. We are not a technical company but Zoom allowed us to function during challenging times.

Zoom is a product that can be used for any size of meetings. It doesnt matter the number of people.
It allows us to bring remote students or instructors into our classrooms. It gives us the means to host meetings with people all over the country.
It has definitely helped us with our training.

Zoom is very well suited for large meetings when you plan to create break out sessions. The organizer can easily select the number of meetings within the main meeting required and can customize which participants are in each room. Zoom is also well suited for 1:1 meetings. The video quality is high and have very few issues with video and audio connection and quality.

Everything from Zoom Rooms, meetings, whiteboarding and even digital signage. Having full flexibility on what and how we can deploy meeting rooms is tremendously liberating, and provides an exceptional user experience. Nobody likes being told what to do, especially when it comes with a cost. Technology is supposed to work FOR US, and we, as IT professionals, should jolly-well be able to do whatever we want to get the job done, regardless of scale or project cost. Zoom allows us to deploy enterprise-grade custom solutions at a fraction of the cost of boxed, proprietary ones, and that alone sets it above anything else out there.

Zoom makes it very easy to quickly jump into a meeting. I like that you can just send someone the link and they should be able to join. It's very nice for people who aren't very tech-savvy. We've also had a good experience using it for customer calls/voicemails.

My best-case scenarios happen during meetings with customers. The fast screen sharing without lags keeps the customer grounded as we can work on their issues without making them bored. I personally have not found a scenario where it is not appropriate. with the current work-from-home scenario in most companies, Zoom is a go-to method for communication.
