Zoom is an online meeting and video conferencing platform.https://dudodiprj2sv7.cloudfront.net/product-logos/X0/J2/JJQC92U6VWBP.PNGZoom InnovationsWe recently deployed Zoom globally. We've successfully deployed to Japan, Europe, Asia, North America, Brazil. They are not creating a feature if we promote them they will now start capturing the data of the call for the promoted panelist,Quick join links Webinar Q&A,Closed captioning Cloud Recording Chat,Yes,10Zoom - A Great Business Conferencing Tool for those tired of WebExZoom is a product that has not been widely adopted yet, but there are portions of our sales and technical teams that are using Zoom in a secondary capacity besides WebEx due to some of the ease of use functionality that makes it more appealing to use. It also appears to have less issues with connectivity by and large, which makes it especially appealing when dealing with customers; however, due to the company's mandate to use WebEx for sales calls, the adoption in that capacity is very limited.,Zoom is simple to use. Zoom has a variety of tools that are set up in a fairly intuitive manner. Zoom makes hosting meetings very simple and they seem to not experience as much lag and connectivity as some of their major competitors.,WebEx is a household name; Zoom still has room to grow in that regard. Zoom, though easier to use than WebEx, in some ways, does not include a one time password functionality like WebEx, which makes things more convenient. To my knowledge, Zoom does not support file transfer and also does not include co-browsing and/or removing attendees from meetings,9,It makes life easier when meeting with internal teams, except for a slightly less convenient file transfer limitation The experience has been positive in the limited number of cases that I have used Zoom with customers as well. Overall, Zoom is simple to use, and that makes the time spent more about the meeting than trying to facilitate the meeting, which is exactly what a solution like Zoom is supposed to accomplish; they get out of their own way quicker than WebEx, in my opinion.,I do not use Zoom Rooms beyond a couple of occasions when customers have invited me to their own personal Zoom Room for a meeting that they initiated.,WebEx Event Center, Cisco WebEx Teams (formerly Cisco Spark), Cisco WebEx Room Series (formerly Cisco Spark Room Series), Skype, Skype for Business and GoToMeeting,Skype, Microsoft Office 2016, Outreach,50,,Sales Marketing Internal dialogue,Simplified UI cuts down on load time for meetings. I would also prefer for my company to have an actual subscription for all sales people instead of a few pocket licenses here or there, so as to ensure greater usability and familiarity with the product.,5,I do know that the times that others have been on the call that have experienced issues with Zoom, they have always spoken about how Zoom is pretty responsive about dealing with support issues, which was good to hear.,Web calling is simple, easy and yet elegant inherently through the Zoom interface. The startup of each conference is simple and elegant as well. Screen sharing is relatively easy and switching between users in this regard is also fast and simple.,File sharing was either not available or not easily available last time I used the solution. I believe they may have updated the tool since then, but I think I recall it being a little slow to load.,Yes,9Zoom - the answer to all the other video solutionsZoom is used by our sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams. Obviously for sales calls, demos, and internal conferencing some solution is needed within any org, and Zoom is the best product we've tried in its category. Simple to use, very reliable, doesn't cut out or buffer, and no one has issues using the product on the receiving end of an invite. All complaints are minor usability issues and not core product problems.,Video calling - No buffering, automatic adjustment, and very rarely does anyone have to say "can you hear me now?" Audio calling - Perfect and recorded for future review Conference calls - Easy to bring in 10+ parties without any loss in quality Screen sharing - Easy to use, get to choose what window or monitor to share Scheduling - Easy to schedule an event and export to calendar then invite guests,User experience in scheduling - Every time I go to export to a Google calendar, it makes me re-auth my account then opens the wrong calendar as I'm logged into multiple Google accounts. Recording editing - Could use some more robust tools for editing a recorded video/audio before export. Air time recording - Does not automatically cut out muted segments with only one participant in recordings.,10,More professional - If your conferencing software works on sales calls it just makes everything go more smoothly Time savings - Saves time in scheduling as well as executing calls. No one has to fumble to make it work, which wastes call time. With other solutions we may lose 10 minutes of a 30 minute call while people make the software work Call review - Now we have saved and named recordings of all of our calls to review when needed, hosted in the cloud.,Do not use.,GoToMeeting, Skype, Google Hangouts, UberConference and WebEx Meetings,Dropbox, HubSpot, Grasshopper, Vidyard,Recording Video and audio calls Invitations,Export to calendar Accessing recordings saved by team members,8Zoom is by FAR the best web conference tool out there! It's AMAZING!Zoom is being used across our whole organization. It's solving a huge business problem by allowing us to have a reliable web conference that provides extremely clear video during video conferences, while also having very few technical issues. We have also held webinars with more than 100 viewers. Our customers have rarely had issues joining our Zoom conferences for calls as well. Zoom is used for all of our internal meetings, customer calls, sales calls, etc. It's extremely easy to install and use. It's MUCH better than GoToMeeting, WebEx, Blue Jeans, or ANY other web conference tool out there!,It's extremely easy to install and very intuitive to use. The video quality is unparalleled. We've used other web conference tools in the past, and the video quality used to be grainy or laggy. Zoom is awesome, and you'll be very pleased with the video quality. Zoom Rooms are AWESOME for larger companies because you can just walk into your meetings, press "Start," and start your video conference meeting!,The Zoom Scheduler Chrome extension isn't perfect. When you make a Zoom meeting from a calendar event, the Zoom meeting doesn't have all of the settings applied to it. It doesn't automatically record to cloud, although my Zoom account meeting settings are set to automatically do so. One or two customers have ran into technical issues with Zoom. They absolutely couldn't install it, and they had to dial in using the conference numbers. Although extremely rare, I guess some computers just can't work with Zoom. It may have been a network issue, but we're not sure. Zoom Rooms can be quite expensive, but absolutely worth it. Smaller companies likely can't shell out the dough for this, however.,10,It's had a huge positive impact because it has helped us connect better with our internal employees, and with customers. Due to minimal technical issues, we can quickly jump on a Zoom call with employees for quick questions or on-the-fly meetings. We can also easily set up customer calls using the Zoom Scheduler Chrome extension. Zoom rooms have been used on a daily basis, and they help us all throughout the day because we can quickly start and end meetings with the Zoom room features. Also, we have multiple offices, and it's improved collaboration because we can quickly and easily jump in Zoom meetings with our fellow remote employees. Our customers have loved Zoom as well because it just works! Most of our customers use other web conference tools, and they're always pleasantly surprised at how easy Zoom is to install and use.,Yes, we've been using Zoom Rooms ever since we switched over to Zoom. We're extremely satisfied with the Zoom Rooms. However, there have been some technical issues recently with the audio, and we found out that we need to upgrade them. Our CSM notified us that we can get them upgraded for free - we would just need a Zoom technician to come over and upgrade the software.,GoToMeeting, WebEx Meetings, Skype and BlueJeans,YouCanBook.Me, SurveyMonkey, Wrike, Periscope Data,Setting up and running meetings are extremely easy to perform. Sharing your screen is very intuitive as well. Creating Zoom meetings for calls on-the-fly is extremely easy using the Zoom Scheduler Chrome extension. It integrates well with Google calendar. Dialing in from your iPhone has never been easier with the iPhone one-tap feature. You can open up the Google calendar app on your phone, open up the event details, and tap the iPhone one-tap number. Boom. You're dialed in.,After sharing your screen, some of our customers found it a little bit difficult to share mouse control. The module disappears from the top after a while, and the person sharing his/her screen needs to move the mouse up to the top to activate the module in order to be able to share his/her screen.,Yes,10Working remotely? Zoom is a must - hands down.Zoom is a part of our business. We are a remote company, and we use Zoom and Slack to keep our team connected. From meetings with the team, working with our clients, to training and troubleshooting with our customers... Zoom is our go to tool. We cannot go back to Skype.,Web conference Group meetings One-on-one meetings Screensharing,Clarity when there's network issues (not enough info when there's a network issue) Mobile app is terrible Web chat is bare bones. It resets for new people joining Signing in takes about 30 seconds,10,Saved us from skype Immediate collaboration Team closeness,We use different Zoom rooms for each department. We have a ops room, a course room, a education room. We also have a family room for those quick one off meetings. We also use breakout rooms for our students to separate a large group into smaller brain teams.,Skype, Google Hangouts and Join.me,Slack, Asana, Google Drive,15,,Meetings One-on-one Live troubleshooting,Using Zoom to teach a classroom Using Zoom to have a virtual retreat for the organization Using Zoom for major team meetings,Zoom webinars,10,Sharing screen Having conversations with one or more people,Creating a webinar with one or multiple hosts,Yes,9

I like the product. It is simple to use. It is intuitive and designed for making web conferencing easy to use for the masses. It “gets out of its own way,” which is huge for a tool of this nature.

Everything is easy to understand and use, new users need no training. On the flipside there are minor annoyances such as calendar export being cumbersome (need re-auth every time) and also not having recordings shared within a team or forcing people to name them.

Zoom has been by far the easiest web conference tool for our internal employees and for our customers to use. Customers who've never used it find it extremely intuitive, and they've all loved Zoom! By clicking the Zoom link, you're automatically launched into the session after the Zoom app installs. There's no confusion in joining or leaving sessions, sharing/unsharing your screen, etc.!

Zoom is the most intuitive and useable platform we've yet encountered. I was not onboard with my current company for very long before we picked Zoom, but the difference in support calls I had to take before and after we switched to Zoom was astounding. People seem to get Zoom very quickly.
