Zoom is super easy
It is being used by the IT department, we are trying to see other uses such as potential telemedicine or patient interaction. It is currently being utilized for work from home and conferencing. We are also looking at potentially implementing Zoom rooms for board room meetings and across campus meetings. I am curious about potential urgent care or patient interaction meetings. Also, the language interaction looks amazing.
- The ability to easily interact with coworkers or attend video conferencing meetings has been wonderful.
- The chat function is simple and easy to set up groups.

Zoom is used across the university for personal meetings, meeting rooms, and online courses. It addresses every need we have where we can't physically travel to the location or it's cost-prohibitive.

We use it to connect with 1,000s of students across the world to bring science into their classrooms. This simple platform helps non-tech savvy teachers feel confident in connecting with us to interact in these hands-on science experiences.
- Easy connection, just click and you are ready for your session.
- Low bandwidth schools have the option to connect only through audio and I can hear them crystal clear.

- The ability to share multiple cameras at once helps with students' attention to a specimen and me at the same time.

It just works!
We use Zoom for team collaboration with remote employees, all-hands meetings, and webinars with prospective clients. This platform is very stable and easy to use. It has been the best platform I have used compared to Webex, Uber conference, Google Meet, and Skype. Zoom Rooms have transformed meetings and collaboration within teams and are interdepartmental.

- An abundance of features from SSO integrations to Zoom Rooms.
- The stability and quality of audio/video is top-notch.
- Zoom Rooms require a Voice package. Makes sense but wish it was clearer at the onset.

Zoom proves to be a great solution
We have 5 campuses across 2 counties, and Zoom helps keep our employees connected without having to leave our desks. It is also being used by our faculty who teach online for office hours to help students with coursework.
- Easy to use - We can get someone into a meeting from anywhere in less than 5 minutes.
- It just works - We have staff who use a wide range of platforms and Zoom works with them all.
- There is not a better distance collaboration tool on the market. We can work together from miles away and feel like we are in the same room.

Amazingly simple, yet powerful collaborative tool!
We use Zoom for our weekly project status meetings within the organization. Having multiple offices as well as remote personnel, Zoom allows us to meet in a collaborative environment while reducing costs.

- Marketing to end-users - Not enough market knowledge at this stage.
- Marketing to IT consultants - These companies are often responsible for identifying and recommending SaaS. Zoom needs a larger presence with these companies.

Zoom works, and that's what matters!
It is being used by the entire organization. It addresses the need for better meetings, better engagement, cheaper meeting minutes, audio costs, and VC enablement in spaces.
- Provides the best video engagement.
- Enables (through hardware vendors) to have a much cheaper and easier installation of equipment to VC enable a conference room or other space.
- Provides a much more cost-effective way to have a major town hall event.
- Find a way to help better deal with audio/feedback issues (as having to now work more with users about having a "master" source of audio in a given room/space).
- Develop ways to help legacy user adoption (e.g. those that don't even want to press a button to end or start a meeting).

Connect with your team throughout the globe!
We use Zoom as a way to integrate incoming team members to our organization. We also do remote conferencing and workshops, which we use Zoom to coordinate multiple people in different locations. It has been a great tool for us to connect with professionals in our field over great distances. We are a rural organization and this helps us to stay connected.
- Coordinating our schedules is very easy to do with Zoom.
- Video conferencing with multiple users is extremely easy to use and view.
- Sharing screens and documents is super useful.
- Helping people use it for the first time is a bit time consuming.
- Sometimes the emails for scheduled Zoom calls do not come in or the conference number doesn't work.
- Having a side chat session that is easy to use would be helpful.

Zoom is going to take over!
Zoom is so simple and breaks down the barriers for UC within our organisation. Traditional video conferencing has been difficult to get right and the lack of cross-party calls has been problematic. Being able to collaborate with external partners without pre-testing and integration is a game-changer. Really looking forward to the multilingual support and what else Zoom is going to bring. Stay connected anywhere
I used it personally to schedule meetings when I'm working from home. I also use it to log in to my design class through general assembly. The team as a whole doesn't use it together.

- I like the active speaker view, full-screen and gallery views, simultaneous screen share, telephone dial-in numbers, desktop and application sharing, personal rooms or meeting IDs, instant or scheduled meetings, raise hand options, breakout rooms, and whiteboarding sessions
- Longer meeting times
- I'd like to use Zoom on my mobile phone to record my screen on iOS and Android

Zoomtastic!
Zoom is currently being used for meeting with employees across the whole organization. Zoom is also used to meet with customers. Zoom is way easier to use and the connection is great.

Zoom has been deployed company-wide for Western Union. We have several hundred conference rooms globally that are currently using Zoom Rooms. These rooms vary in size from small huddle rooms to large combining spaces. In addition, all employees have the Zoom app on their laptop and can join meetings that way. We also use the webinar feature very often for large training sessions. Zoom provides the company with an easy to use and simple video conferencing solution that makes collaboration accessible to all users.
- The user interface is extremely easy to use. This makes it so all skill levels can join a meeting easily.
- The audio and video quality for meetings is very good. This makes for clear sound quality and HD video.
- The Zoom chat and phone features add additional communication options.
- The record function is easy to use and allows users to record and send the file to people who may have missed the meeting.
- The Zoom Rooms alerts could be better set up so the admins are not getting countless emails every day.
- The dashboard could be better optimized for PC.

Gotta give it a try!!!
We recently offered Zoom as an additional unified communications solution to our end users globally. The challenges our organization faced included engaging with external customers. Our internal (on-prem) solution was not suitable for customers and partners. Therefore, we implemented Zoom and made it available for all end users to purchase single-use licenses. We are very happy with the product and are looking forward to utilizing services offered by Zoom partners.
- Extremely user-friendly. Launching the application and connecting to a meeting is very easy.
- Because it is a cloud-based solution, we have not experienced latency or hiccups as of yet.
- I am not familiar enough with Zoom to offer input on improvement.

Zoom is awesome!!!
We use Zoom at our organization to keep our team connected, as we are scattered all around the country. Team meetings, all-staff meetings, meetings with our comrades in the movement are all now handed through Zoom. Previously, we had one "gatekeeper" at our organization who would schedule all our virtual meetings and have to be on-hand to provide constant tech support to get each person into a meeting and troubleshoot during the first part of each call - which was inefficient.
Once we fully adopted Zoom for Business and signed up each staffer to have their own license, everyone had the power to schedule and manage their own calls and become connected instantly as needed. Staff capacity was increased when we no longer needed someone to dedicate their time to making sure people were connected. Zoom is practically effortless. We noticed in the first 3 months of use of Zoom that our admin teams' support tickets were reduced by 40% because so many of those tickets had been related to meetings and meeting support. We love Zoom and have never looked back!

- Occasionally our staff has trouble with call quality, which is not related to the Zoom product, but usually their own connection issues. Only our Admin has the ability to log into the back end and seek out the problem.

Zoom makes things easy
We have Zoom and Zoom Rooms and started using Zoom Phones recently. It has been much better than our previous choices. Easy to use and easy to manage. Since we are spread all around the world, Zoom helps to make meetings productive and helps with team building. We use it globally throughout the organization.

- Chats are much easier and have less lag than other products we have used

Zoom for event based organizations!
We are using Zoom for exploring synergies between different organizations, sponsorship, planning events, and most importantly TiEcon, our annual flagship conference. It helps connect the various organizations at the event.

Zoom is great!
Zoom is being used in all of our conference rooms for remote and local meetings. It hasn't seemed to have any issues so far it has been very easy to use and training people how to use it has been a breeze. This is our first year using it, but as of now, I love it and glad we switched to Zoom. Our whole company uses it and even employees have said it is super easy to use and they love it
- Very user-friendly. We have a lot of people that aren't tech savvy, so having a product that is easy to use is great.
- The layout is great. Very straight forward and to the point.
- We use iPads and employees love the new tech.
- We like it more than BlueJeans!
- The remote login support is icing on the cake!
- I am still new to it and haven't come across an issue that is worth mentioning.

Zoom for corporate training
We are a corporate training firm and use Zoom regularly to connect with clients globally. We offer our coaching sessions remotely to cut down on client expenses and allow for immediate connections, if needed.
- Overall easy and intuitive for a non-IT person to use
- Allows for easy screen sharing - especially for sharing video content
- Cost effective
- Some of my clients who use Cisco Webex have trouble understanding how to connect
- Some of my corporate clients do not permit employees to download Zoom on their desktops / laptops
