My most recent business use for Zoom has been to conduct user interviews, moderated and unmoderated.
- Use of codes and links
- Easy sign in using Gmail
- Strong network connectivity, clear image and sound
- I like that the meeting time is at least 40 minutes. That's enough time to run 2-3 tests
- I like the active speaker view, full-screen and gallery views, simultaneous screen share, telephone dial-in numbers, desktop and application sharing, personal rooms or meeting IDs, instant or scheduled meetings, raise hand options, breakout rooms, and whiteboarding sessions
- Longer meeting times
- I'd like to use Zoom on my mobile phone to record my screen on iOS and Android
- Price per month could be more affordable for single users and testers

- The user interface is extremely easy to use. This makes it so all skill levels can join a meeting easily.
- The audio and video quality for meetings is very good. This makes for clear sound quality and HD video.
- The Zoom chat and phone features add additional communication options.
- The record function is easy to use and allows users to record and send the file to people who may have missed the meeting.
- The Zoom Rooms alerts could be better set up so the admins are not getting countless emails every day.
- The dashboard could be better optimized for PC.

- Extremely user-friendly. Launching the application and connecting to a meeting is very easy.
- Because it is a cloud-based solution, we have not experienced latency or hiccups as of yet.

Zoom is awesome!!!
Once we fully adopted Zoom for Business and signed up each staffer to have their own license, everyone had the power to schedule and manage their own calls and become connected instantly as needed. Staff capacity was increased when we no longer needed someone to dedicate their time to making sure people were connected. Zoom is practically effortless. We noticed in the first 3 months of use of Zoom that our admin teams' support tickets were reduced by 40% because so many of those tickets had been related to meetings and meeting support. We love Zoom and have never looked back!

- Ability to troubleshoot call quality from the admin dashboard.
- Cloud-based call recording.
- Occasionally our staff has trouble with call quality, which is not related to the Zoom product, but usually their own connection issues. Only our Admin has the ability to log into the back end and seek out the problem.
Zoom makes things easy

- Chats are much easier and have less lag than other products we have used
- Zoom Room device updates and setup could be a little smoother

- Being able to use AI to pick up meeting times on G Suite, this way I don't need to plug in the fields.

- Very user-friendly. We have a lot of people that aren't tech savvy, so having a product that is easy to use is great.
- The layout is great. Very straight forward and to the point.
- We use iPads and employees love the new tech.

- The remote login support is icing on the cake!
- I am still new to it and haven't come across an issue that is worth mentioning.
