Perfect. Hands down. Zoom suits all of our needs and I attended the conference to ensure we are using all of its functions to the best of our potential. If we aren't, which I realized now that we aren't, then I intend to heighten or user experience from the things I've learned here.

Zoom into the new year
When were using BJN, we were using outdated Cisco equipment that was quite expensive. Zoom is much cheaper and better in my opinion.

Zoom Just Works at F5!
In the past, we used Skype, Polycom, and Webex to achieve the same results that we get from Zoom alone. This not only saves us thousands of dollars in account and service costs, but is a much easier way to manage Unified Communications at an enterprise level.
Zoom provides a higher quality, more reliable experience. It is easier to use and manage than WebEx.

Cisco WebEx is a very similar product and experience. However, Zoom is more cost-efficient and a better option for smaller organizations.

Zoom goes to the frozen north!
Zoom came out a clear winner at the end of our search (we did a request for purchase and I don't feel comfortable naming their competitors). Their all-inclusive and cloud-based solution was a big pull but the fact that we didn't need ANY on-prem hardware was a major standout. Also that it was completely agnostic when it came down to devices (EVEN LINUX) was a huge selling point. Finally, the cost was better.

Zoom Leads the Way in Video Conferencing
I used GoToMeeting for years. While it was reliable, it lacked many of the features that I've come to enjoy with Zoom (e.g. Breakout Rooms) and is considerably more expensive than Zoom.

Zoom is every IT Administrator's favorite product
Zoom just works every time. Meeting quality is very dependable and reliable. Other solutions don't have the same track record. Other solutions don't have the same powerful and easy to use conference room solutions like Zoom Rooms. These are the two main differences in my opinion. Zoom is also the leading innovator in this space and is adding cool stuff all the time.

Ease of use sort of like Skype but as a domestic product wasn't useful for the enterprise and Skype for Business was difficult to use for users with many failed conferences

Love It...Won't Leave It

It is hands down, far superior to anything else we tried. The ease of use and the fact that it always works is priceless. With people being able to join before host we no longer have lost time due to waiting for the host to be ready. If host is late, everyone else can be ready to go.

Simple, elegant and efficient web-conferencing. It just works!
There is no comparison. Zoom excels at ease of use, engagement, connectivity and simplicity. We simply could not find or justify continuing working with other solutions as they are more expensive, offer less features and are sometimes restrictive at integrating additional applications. Our initial goal was to launch Zoom on only a few locations, now we are deploying this company wide.

Get Zoom or Regret it!
Zoom is by far much superior and has pioneered the user experience and layout that many are familiar with today. In terms of stability of service and ease of use, Zoom takes the cake. For someone that has never administered Zoom before, it is much easier than the god-awful Microsoft SFB.
