- There has really been a change in the way in which staff communicate.
- Zoom has been easy to use, allowing us not to use a coach to learn how to use it.

Long-distance meetings are easy to hold
- Keep the team together.
- Continue with the work plan.
- Setting goals through meetings.
- Being able to see coworkers even far away.
- The business has been able to save a lot of additional costs by integration Zoom to the workers.
- People have less stress because they don't have to travel for work, or worry about traffic because they can just open their laptop, computer or mobile device and start the meeting.
- The downside is that not everybody has access to the internet or a laptop or mobile device.
- Zoom allows us to present the progress of our projects through video conferences.
- We can record the meetings so that other people can see them later.

- It's allowed for me to do screen sharing sessions with clients and vendors!
- Zoom helped us review a new product via screen sharing, which gave us the necessary insight we needed to make a business decision to move forward with a new chat program.

Zoom - the answer to all the other video solutions
- More professional - If your conferencing software works on sales calls it just makes everything go more smoothly
- Time savings - Saves time in scheduling as well as executing calls. No one has to fumble to make it work, which wastes call time. With other solutions we may lose 10 minutes of a 30 minute call while people make the software work
- Call review - Now we have saved and named recordings of all of our calls to review when needed, hosted in the cloud.

Zoom breaks down the barrier of technology in classrooms!
- Zoom has had a huge impact on our classes using video conferencing - the use of Zoom minimizes the barrier of technology more than any other technology I use. People connect with each other, teach and learn and collaborate seamlessly. It's a beautiful thing.
- The ease of use that Zoom offers has improved our culture of remote inclusion in meetings. If only the whole university system would adopt it!
- For our training sessions, it is now a common practice to include a Meeting ID in invitations and send out recordings as well.

- Our meetings became more efficient and effective because we now spend a lot less time dealing with technical issues like poor AV quality, calls dropping/app crashing, etc.
