- We've seen a confidence increase for IT from our End Users. They asked for this to be implemented and we were able to provide this for them.

Simple to use, clear video, and audio
- So far we've seen a good impact regarding meetings, specifically training and PMO meetings.
- We have had issues with voice call back in India. Users stated very poor quality. We are trying to resolve the issue, but as of right now they are stating it works better with Skype.

- Zoom has been great for my business because it shows people that they can have a video-first culture and that all communications should happen over video to develop trust and be more efficient.

Zooming the Giants to hopefully another Championship era!!
- So far very limited yet we've had great feedback on the ability to enhance our All-Staff as we're seeing an uptick of using Zoom for future all-staff.
- Because we're seeing an increase in demand for video conference calls, we're looking to expand the use of Zoom rooms so users can add this feature to their meetings.
- Better communication with our remote staff from our Baseball Operations coordinators. We have several affiliates across the country as well as Asia and South America. This tool has been a great way to communicate instructions and roles.
