I'm not sure that I purchased premium support, but I certainly got premium support every time I needed to reach out to Zoom support! When I took over the management of Zoom for our organization, I needed to make some changes, and was needlessly concerned about reaching a live person to help me through the process. I got a response right away, and the changes were implemented in a very timely manner.

I don't think there is premium support available. All I know is that tech and billing support tickets are set low priority by default and can take weeks to be answered with predefined messages, instead of real answers to our questions.

The Business "version" includes support. The only higher level AFAIK is Enterprise. All Zoom support is premium as far as I'm concerned. No matter how small the issue is, they're ready and available to resolve them. It feels like we matter to Zoom.

For the most part, we can figure things out. Besides, we don't really need to do anything too complicated with Zoom since we try to keep things as simple as possible. Email a scheduled link to meet with someone. Show up on time. Meet. Move forward. I just don't find it necessary for my use or our business to require premium support for something that works really well consistently out of the box. If it's not broken, don't fix it.
