Great video service and product - Zoom!
- Great video and sound quality.
- Easy to use tools like whiteboards, annotators, chats, and to share the screen.
- Easy to install and use across multiple devices, even at the same time, like be on a desktop and iPad at the same time.
- Few dropped calls.
- Um, I’m struggling here to think of something that could be improved here. I wish it were cheaper for some higher end services. But it’s a great product, so I can’t be mad about that.

- Recording option and cloud storage
- Security feature t protect the meeting with a PIN or password.
- Link the Google or Outlook Calendars to exports meetings easily would be good a great option.
- Having an integrated calendar into the Zoom app would be good to easily manage the meetings and availability.

- Exceptional audio and video quality; we are recording meetings and transferring them to other storage.
- Compared to other apps, it has more features and allows for efficient file sharing within the chatbox.
- Sharing zoom complete information is not visible on the screen, and also a bit is confusing minimizing and maximizing.
- Every time someone enters the chat, a chat box appears on my screen, and some features are missing from this version.
- Automatic conference connection based on a schedule isn't an option, and neither is enhanced security measures.

Zoom - the BEST web video conferencing available
- Easy to use: the product is a lightweight install and even non-technical individuals can figure out how to use it.
- Dependable: in the 5 years we've used it, I only recall one outage.
- Quality: the quality of the audio/video is very good.
- Communication: audio/video meetings and also a nice chat feature are included.
- Recording: meetings can be recorded to a local computer or to the cloud.
- The user interface in meetings needs improvement & could use more modern design elements, like the main Zoom window.

- You need an app to make the calls and meetings, but it would be perfect if it had a web-based option.
- Sometimes when internet speed drops, the audio quality also drops; I would understand the video quality dropping, but the audio doesn't consume much bandwidth, so it would be nice to have a consistent audio even on low internet speeds.

- If you're looking for a simple method of connecting with people worldwide, this is an excellent option. We've had problems with other web conferencing solutions, but not with Zoom.
- More branding on webinars and a good connection to fully utilize the tool.
- We can no longer access recordings or invite people directly to meetings.
- There are too many buttons and unnecessary repetition of attendees who log in and out of reports.
