Zoom is an online meeting and video conferencing platform known for its webinar capabilities for live virtual events and broadcasting. It features HD video and audio, collaboration tools, chat functionality, and an enterprise cloud phone system.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/X0/J2/JJQC92U6VWBP.PNGOnce you try Zoom, you won't look backAt Northern Arizona Healthcare, we use Zoom daily for business and telehealth meetings. We also use Zoom for our Continuing Medical Education lectures. 5 years ago, we relied heavily on our Polycom video conference systems for site to site meetings. They worked great as long as you could make it to one of the specific locations in which the meeting was being held. For those that couldn't be present in person, they had to call in on the phone. Participating by phone was a less than optimal meeting experience, not only for the remote participants but also for the folks who were trying to understand said remote participants. In working to solve this problem, we came across Zoom at the InfoComm Convention in Las Vegas in 2014. Zoom provided an easy way for us to continue using our Polycom equipment and allow those remote participants to join from their own device as a full video participant. Not only that, we were able to replace WebEx with Zoom and we got a lot more bang for our buck.,Zoom meetings are easy to start and join. With some other web meeting platforms, it is difficult getting the software onto your computer. We've found that Zoom installs the first time you click on the meeting link with one-click ease. Recording your meetings in the Zoom Cloud is simple. Click record and then after your meeting is over, you get an email from Zoom with your recording link. Zoom is platform agnostic. It works with computers, laptops, mobile devices, Linux machines, and legacy video conference systems.,In our environment using Polycom systems, videos that are being shared don't come through really well on the Polycom systems. The audio is usually very fluid but the video will lag or stutter. Virtual backgrounds have a come a long way, but I recently saw a "blur background" feature on a competitors platform that looked quite good. It'd be great if Zoom could do something like that.,10,For the same cost that we were spending on WebEx, we were able to utilize our Polycom systems and allow 5x as many people to have Zoom accounts. On top of our Pro Zoom accounts, we have twice as many colleagues using the basic account for daily huddles and 1:1 training with other colleagues via screen sharing.,We do not use Zoom rooms.,Polycom RealPresence Group Series, Webex Meetings, Skype, BlueJeans, Vidyo, GlobalMed eNcounter and AvayaThe best video conferencing app I have seenZoom is used by our Sales, CS, and Executive teams to communicate with clients, vendor partners, and potential customers. We regularly need to do video conferencing where we can see faces, do screen shares, and record calls in a way that makes it easy to share the recording with others later.,I appreciate that you have many options for what is being shared and how the viewer experiences it when you do a screen share. The video recording quality is good, and allows us to essentially make a training or demo video in the process of doing a call. The scheduling Chrome extension makes it easy to turn a calendar event into a Zoom meeting.,On calls, audio quality can be bad, and we have spent time trying to fix it when time is short. It's rare, but it probably happens once a month. Occasionally I will join a Zoom event on my calendar and be added to a "room" where I am the only person. I'll then get an email from other attendees who say they are logged into the meeting and can't see/hear me. There are a lot of pop-ups that seem unnecessary when I just want to join and leave my calls smoothly.,8,Zoom has come out with new features that allow us to dump other programs and put more needed functionality in one place. Zoom allows us to juggle lots of quick meetings throughout the day with easy calendaring and entry into and exit from calls. Zoom screen-sharing is clean enough that we often hold meetings via Zoom with people in the same building rather than needing to gather.,We use Zoom Rooms for all-hands meetings, and to run webinars from static locations like conference rooms. I think there are easier to use programs out there for this functionality (i.e. more intuitive UI), but the fact that we already use Zoom and can have this tool through an existing product we use is great.,Join.me and GoToMeetingConference Call Meetings Better With ZoomZoom is the primary online meeting software that we use. Zoom allows the organization to easily set up meetings where everyone can join with a simple link. The connection is mostly uninhibited, allowing for clear communication. It is easy to record, share screens, and do remote control access, which is very helpful when communicating with customers to debug issues.,Screen share. Audio. Remote control.,Meeting configurations can be different among meeting rooms. The leave meeting button could be more accessible. Computer audio doesn't seem to work.,9,Improved online meetings. Clear audio. It's simple to set up meetings. Less overhead.,Zoom Rooms works as intended. It allows for anyone to easily schedule and start a meeting with not a lot of overhead. After the company set up the Zoom Rooms, conference room meeting setup has become a lot simpler, especially if a remote connection is required. Zoom Rooms gives a very professional feel to it without having to hire out or pay for another service.,Cisco Webex CallingImproved productivity and enhanced user experience for onsite and remote workers with Zoom!We implemented Zoom as a replacement for Webex. We also have plans to replace our existing Skype for Business chat functionality and will be working with Zoom in the near future to pilot the cloud PBX functionality.,Ease of use for the desktop client Zoom rooms could not be easier. Chat features are strong and easy to understand and use,Hmmmm - not many areas honestly. One improvement we've noticed that sometimes the chat features are not available when in a meeting (you can chat as part of the meeting, but not to people outside of the meeting) We have had a few (many less than Webex) disconnections from ongoing meetings. Typically this is explainable due to connectivity issues with the client.,10,Greatly improved communications and collaborations Better customer experience (both with our org as well as with our partners and clients!),Yes we do! We've just implemented our second Zoom Room with many more to come. They are super easy to use and require no user education. The configurations and equipment are robust and can be locked to to prevent accidentally meddling. With the equipment we are using the audio and video quality is exceptional!! We've started using zoom rooms (and Zoom in general) for some of our client on boarding and employee interview processes (which is huge!).Zoom's technology supports collaboration in cross-functional team meetingsZoom is being used to host recurring meetings with global stakeholders in cross-functional teams. Meetings are focused on customer strategy and key initiatives for our business. The video and phone capabilities eliminate the struggles of a standard conference call.,Sharing one screen in presentation mode, while allowing you to reference other documents without being visible in the meeting One-click sign-in capabilities make joining meetings easy while travelling Recurring meetings are easy to schedule with Zoom membership plans,Zoom requires downloading the Zoom software, which takes a few minutes on the first meeting Plan options are somewhat confusing. I had to review multiple times before figuring out the bare minimum plan required to host a recurring meeting. Expensive when adding on items in addition to basic plan.,9,Improved communication on Zoom calls due to video capabilities Collaborative focus of teams in calls to see one document being presented and update instantly,No.,Webex MeetingsZoom is the future! We use Zoom as a tool to communicate with our employees remotely, conduct training, and host Q&A sessions they may have. It enables people to connect remotely and not be confined to traveling to a specific location. The flexible to conduct business has been the key reason why we enjoy using it and the feedback has been very positive.,Flexibility to be used on any platform...Mac, PC, phone, or tablet. Ease of use and practically no software required. Option to connect via the web or phone or both.,Better integration with calendar apps More cloud storage Ability to set meeting expirations for records and live meetings.,10,Communication has increased between employees. Appreciation for the flexibility to conduct meetings. Usage and attendance at training has increased.,Unfortunately, we have not used the Zoom Rooms feature.,Google Hangouts,20000,2,Trainings Meetings Communication between employees,Record minutes of a meeting Offer offsite flex schedule No excuse not to join with both phone and internet options.,Interactions with customers Sharing best practices publicly Having an online conference,10,Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, Skype for Business (formerly Lync)The best tool for work sessionsZoom is currently used by the entire organization. Everyone has a normal user, and there is a professional user in each area who is in charge of supporting the rest of his teammates as we have offices throughout Mexico. Zoom has helped us remove the distance barrier and have a clearer and more efficient communication between the different cities.,The recording function of the session is amazing. the sound and audio is spectacular. Very simple and intuitive to use.,The front-end: make it more beautiful, more visual. That allows you to dial from 2 or more locations in the same session. Improve audio quality in cloud recordings.,10,Collaboration has definitely improved. We have saved costs since telephone conferences are now videoconferences and this serves as a training platform for a new process or system. It helps us to physically know people who are in other cities and you know who you're trying to create an environment of more confidence.,I didn't have to use Zoom Rooms.,Google HangoutsZoom is a great platform for easily supporting remote employeesWe use Zoom to support our remote real estate agents who are physically located several hours from our office. By using Zoom, we are able to host new employee onboarding meetings, and to provide virtual training on a regular basis for them.,Zoom is very easy to use to set up one-on-one meetings. Zoom works well to provide training classes to multiple participants. The integration with Google Calendar is easy to use and powerful.,I wish the Pro plan had a little more than 1GB of cloud data without having to do the $40/mo add-on for more storage.,10,We have saved money by not having to make as many physical trips to meet with remote employees. We have been able to host additional virtual classes that we weren't previously able to.,No I haven't used Zoom Rooms.,Google HangoutsOne of the best in the markets - KEEP UP!Zoom is being used across the whole company spanning multiple countries. It's lag-free and very easy to set up.,Set up is extremely easy. The integration is great with other tools, such as calendly. It's lag-free in most countries.,Setting Zoom up for other users is difficult.,10,It's not cost related, but we have seen a great improvement in cross-border communications.,I'm not too familiar with Zoom Rooms, and I guess one of the key points for improvement would be regular check-ups and specific training/introduction for new users.Zoom reviewWe use Zoom as a communication tool in European Research Projects of 8 to 10 partners, totaling up to 30 people. Zoom allows us to hold our plenary meetings on a Monthly or bi-Monthly basis. Currently, only the Center for Research in Computing is using Zoom in their projects. Occasionally we use Zoom for other training or administrative sessions.,Interactive online sessions with screen-sharing. Good audio quality. Good recording quality. Cloud service recordings. Intuitive desktop and mobile interfaces.,Improvements in the mobile interface. Improvement in audio quality when video is turned on. Options for coupling meeting notifications with calendars (google, icloud, etc.).,9,Cost savings. Good quality online meetings. Provides recording of online meetings.,No, we don't use Zoom Rooms, so I can't say anything about this feature.,GoToMeeting and Cisco Webex CallingZoom is so much more intuitive than other meetings services I have used! With 40 stores and a team of employees around the country, Zoom has been an amazing tool in keeping our internal team here connected with constant face to face meetings. We're also able to use it for meetings with business partners and for hiring and training.,It's easy to connect! We have team members joining meetings via desktop computer, smartphone video, or just calling in, and they have all raved about how easy it easy to connect. It's so quick and painless to schedule a meeting! It takes me less than a minute, and I love all of the options available with a simple click as I'm setting it up. The visual presentation with several uses on-screen at once is perfect. It's easy to see and keep track of all meeting attendees.,I've been using Zoom for several months and don't have a single idea for improvement at this point.,10,Zoom allows us to conduct training that we used to do in person, saving us the cost of travel. Zoom allows us to better connect and roll out initiatives to a team of employees around the country. Zoom allows us to build better rapport with business partners around the country that we may not be able to see in person for months.,No,Webex MeetingsIn the world of ZoomIt is basically used by the entire company. Our company is 80% distributed, so Zoom and video conferencing are very essential. From Finance to Engineering, everyone utilizes Zoom.,Screen Share Integration with Google Apps Personal meeting ID Record meeting,Connectivity Audio and some preferences,9,None really,It is amazing. Sometimes the hardware has issues that caused us to restart it but the fix is usually a 2-minute fix and it is up and running again.,BlueJeansZoom is Zooming ahead of the competitionWe are using Zoom for weekly meetings by almost every department within our organization. We use to do screen sharing sessions when troubleshooting issues end users are having or when we are needing to touch base as a team.,Reliable Easy to use Integration with other systems,We occasionally run into issues scheduling meetings. The new look is causing us some headaches getting used to it.,9,Zoom is less expensive than competitors. Zoom tends to be more reliable with the limited bandwidth locations we have. It allows for greater collaboration when employees are spread out among multiple locations.,I am not sure if we use Zoom Rooms,Webex Meetings, GoToMeeting, Skype and BlueJeansNever miss a client meeting! We utilize Zoom in our Customer Success department to have clean communication with our clients. We have a high touch success model and Zoom helps us quickly and effectively conduct meetings with our clients. We can share our screen easily and share important information back and forth. It addresses the issue that our book of business is national and global and there are no barriers to us connecting with Zoom.,Screen sharing Conference calls Demos,Sometimes when you share a screen, the little bubble that shows you the guest list makes it hard to see what's on your screen.,10,We never miss a meeting or have issues connecting!,We do not use this feature.,GoToMeetingZoom is the best video conferencing product out there for day to day professional useI was first introduced to Zoom about 7 years ago by a client that needed a basic video conference service. I was immediately impressed by the simplicity of use, which enabled even mid-level technicians to execute events that it was used on. We now use Zoom as the basis of any small video conference across the business, up to large scale full production communication. It is my personal choice for phone and video conferences for internal or external meetings/ I have my own personal account within the business. The number one problem that Zoom addresses for me in comparison to standard phone conferencing (which incidentally is the primary reason I have a personal account) is the moderation. The lack of moderation on our old phone conferencing system made teleconferences very hard to manage if someone's phone went rogue. Zoom allows me to deal with that issue, with the added benefit of video and screen sharing if required.,Moderation Screen sharing Room system integration (SIP / h.232) Pricing,Remove the need for the telephone restrictions to more countries in the basic product Open up higher broadcast quality options,10,Improved collaboration internally due to increased moderation and screen sharing options Easy product to offer our clients for their video/tele-conference needs Income stream,I personally do not use Zoom Rooms.IT administrator's and end user's lives made EASY.Zoom has been an incredible tool which replaced Skype for business in my organization. It's being used by the whole organization. Being a cloud video conferencing tool, it solved many problems that we were facing while using Skype for Business a few years back. Quicker in implementation and peace of mind for the IT team.,Cloud Video conferencing solution avoids complex hardware appliances for hosting locally, hassle-free setup by IT team, less time to deploy. End to End encryption and less bandwidth consumption. HD video and voice features. Easy to use and does not need training for end users. All categories of people use it. Zoom conference rooms are great and easy to use. Very competitive pricing and has various price packages. Plugins for Mail clients, browsers, etc. are really great features. Joining by phone is greatest advantage. Recording the session and maintaining the recording over cloud is wonderful feature. Wonderful administrative console and controls offered.,Administrators should be able to specifically able to enable recording feature for individual user. At present enabling recording feature enables for all users. Creating different groups in corporate and Security rules to restrict communication among the groups is not available. Large group meetings have some restrictions on mute/unmute voice and video after the meeting starts. Using Mac for Zoom rooms can be expensive for some of small companies. Some of the zoom room multiple screen setups reflect differently at times while the changes are made while conferencing is ON. AD integration and avoiding non corporate workers to communicating with corporate workers. Data sharing restrictions outside corporate. In short there are many Security controls absent.,10,+ Collaboration has never been better since we switched to zoom. + Cost control is significant. -- Security controls are a challenge which I have mentioned in Cons. + Almost Zero tickets related any assistance for Zoom with Helpdesk.,Zoom Rooms are one of the best offerings for corporate. We have not trained or create a Zoom Room to help documentation. Users just started using on Day 1 without any questions. Sharing of screen, calendar integration of the Zoom Rooms, Interoperability with other platforms (Cisco/Polycom), Display options, Live check for any Jitters in the conference and participants, etc.,Adobe Connect, Polycom RealPresence Group Series, BlueJeans and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)Best video conferencing toolZoom is being used by our whole organization. We were able to consolidate all of our video conference services to Zoom. The #1 feature that our user's requested was recording and Zoom was able to address that.,Ease of use when scheduling Easy to join a meeting Easy to record a meeting,Cannot use dual iPads to display schedule in one room. Better security when it comes to outside users joining a meeting or viewing a recording. Would love to see Zoom work with Google Jamboard.,10,Cut annual cost of web conferencing Free digital signage Unlimited scheduling on Zoom Rooms,We have one Zoom Room for now. Our CEO loves Zoom and prefers it over other conferencing solution.,Webex Meetings, UberConference and DialpadReliable, must-have tool fostering amazing collaborationCurrently, everyone uses Zoom across my company. We use it to communicate easily across teams and locations. I work 50% remotely so Zoom is absolutely necessary to participate in HQ meetings. The connection is very reliable and I trust it with my meetings that span over 25 people for hours at a time.,Easy to initiate a meeting Reliable connection Easy to share my screen,Security/privacy Ability to stabilize connection when WiFi is poor,10,Saved costs by allowing people to work remote Making cross collaboration very easy Instant 1-1s without any set up work,We do not use Zoom rooms.,Google HangoutsClick and connect with ZoomReal estate is an ever-changing industry that requires cutting edge tools to help consumers understand the state of their market and the value of one of their greatest assets. Zoom helps me to connect & better show consumers and colleagues this information in real-time while recording the information for future use.,Allows for collaborative discussion. Works on multiple devices so you're not tied to the computer. Records in multiple formats (video, audio, and chat files) allowing for clear communication. Integrates with Gmail & Google Calendar to help keep your time managed.,The file-sharing feature only shares at that moment with whoever is online right then. I'd like files to share separately from chat and remain available throughout. The Emojis for applause, thumbs up, etc. should be integrated into chat, not in a separate area: participant.,10,No more long drives in heavy traffic! Zoom meetings are more convenient. The ability for my client to share their screen helps me to understand my client's needs better My time is valuable and now I can save time & money by meeting more often with less drive time, helping more people than if we met in person.,I don't use Zoom Rooms.,Webex Meetings, Adobe Connect and GoToMeetingThe only option for enterprise communication and collaborationWorkfront uses Zoom Rooms, Meetings, Webinars and Phone across the entire organization. It streamlines our communication channels and processes through their approach to easy to use unified communication.,Zoom meetings are easily the most user friendly application we currently use. Zoom support is quick to respond and resolve all of my requests. Every Zoom support ticket has been one-touch. The administrative side of Zoom is centralized and simplified to a good balance. My admins love the straight forward approach to the admin portal and reporting.,Zoom is expanding aggressively which means there are some pain points around new features.,10,Zoom has reduce meeting times across the org as a result of implementing Zoom Rooms. We have been able to reduce the downtime for our communication and collaboration services by over 80% in the past 3 years. Our users have an easier time connecting with customers, which enables our business to thrive. Issues with communication/collaboration have gone down by 75%.,Zoom Rooms has been rolled out to all of our conference rooms with a meeting satisfaction rate consistently over 95%. The quality and consistency are the biggest features that improve the end-user experience and reduces the number of time technicians and admins spend on conferencing and collaboration technologies.,GoToMeeting and Jive Hosted VoIPZoom just WORKS!!!!!Zoom is being used by several departments by key employees responsible for outside communication with vendors and clients. Most of the time it is audio-only, but we have been using more and more of video and this helps us to look more personable.,Works the first time. Easy to use (limited training needed for my employees). Easy to Manage.,Better email visuals (When setting up a meeting in Outlook with Zoom, it's plain text and not attractive). Difference between creating a meeting right now vs a recurring meeting (I end up doing the wrong thing until I really look at the description).,10,It works when we expect it to! (We came from Skype Business, and it was a constant nightmare). Better communication between our remote employees and corporate office. Better face towards potential clients.,We plan to use it soon after I provide more training to the key users.,Skype for Business (formerly Lync)Zoom. A reliable, time saving, meeting and webinar software.Zoom is used primarily by our Go-to-market team. Zoom is the primary meeting channel our sales team uses to conduct sales meetings, free trial trainings, and demos. Our marketing team uses zoom for customer content calls and to host webinars. Zoom provides our team and meeting guests a reliable and easy way to connect with each other remotely.,Zoom is reliable. You can always count on Zoom to work, whether you are on your phone or on a computer. Zoom allows you to auto-record or manually record meetings, making it easy for our team to soundbite and review information. Zoom business transcribes all cloud recorded meetings, saving our marketing team tons of time and money in repurposing quotes and recorded content from a conversation.,I wish Zoom had a Calendly integration, where you could share a calendar and have a meeting auto popup in Zoom. It's a one-stop-shop. Zoom's interface on the management side could be cleaner and easier to navigate within. There are a lot of features and selections, and it can be overwhelming sometimes to figure out the settings you prefer. Zoom could provide better training resources, besides one long document. They should diversify their training portfolio to video and short-clips.,10,Before Zoom we had Join.me, which was not the most reliable. Our team is able to rely 100% on Zoom, knowing that it is going to work and connect our team with others. This gives our go-to-market team peace of mind, and is one less thing we have to worry about. Before Zoom we used Rev to transcribe recordings which cost us money per recording. We upgraded our Zoom account to business, which includes unlimited free transcribing for all recorded meetings. This has saved us the money it cost to upgrade. Before Zoom we used Rev to transcribe recordings, which required extra steps and a longer period of time from recording to complete transcription. We upgraded our Zoom account to business, which includes unlimited free transcribing for all recorded meetings. This process saves us time getting recordings within an hour or two after a call and webinar.,Currently, our go-to-market team does not use Zoom Rooms. From my understanding, Zoom Rooms allows teams to wirelessly connect via video and audio through on-screen conferencing. It is a good tool for remote employees. Dyknow does not have remote workers, therefore we do not have a need to use Zoom Rooms when we meet.,Join.me and Skype for Business (formerly Lync)Zoom is by far the best meeting tool availableZoom is now our online meeting tool for all clients calls. We use it across the organization. Zoom allows us to quickly and easily connect and present via audio and video with our clients regardless of where they are located globally and it never fails.,Installs quickly and easily: no one has ever told me they were unable to install Zoom to join a meeting with me, unlike every other meeting tool I've used. Audio and video quality is excellent. Allows anyone on the call to easily present and share their screen.,There's very little if anything missing from Zoom. I've never used a software program that was more reliable.,10,Zoom has given us the confidence to set meetings with our most valuable prospects without any fear of technical issues. Major time savings from not having to reset calls because someone can't join or get it installed on their computer.,I have not used Zoom rooms.,GoToMeeting, Join.me, Webex Meetings and HighfiveZoom through your video calls! (but only if you do LOTS of video calls)We use Zoom for two main purposes: 1) to connect with sales leads, and 2) to hold meetings with clients. About 75% of our use of Zoom is our sales representatives (including Sales Development Representatives and Business Developers) connecting with leads and holding qualification appointments. The other 25% of our use is our client teams (including project managers, account managers, and production leads) holding client meetings and workshops. We’ve found that in-person meetings are best for building relationships with sales leads and clients, but about 60% of our leads and clients are from out of state, so in-person meetings are not possible. Zoom is the tool we use to solve this problem – although it’s more challenging to build rapport and connect over a video call, the efficiency and access to out-of-state markets and clients is more than worth it. The other business problem that Zoom solves for us is training. We record almost every sales and client meeting, and use the recorded sessions to train new Sales Development Representatives, Business Developers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and Production Leads.,I’ve tried many different video call products (Google Hangouts, Appear.in, Uber Conference), and Zoom has been significantly higher-quality and more reliable. I very rarely have a call drop or have trouble with hearing people on Zoom calls. Zoom has recently released a Chrome extension, which is a super convenient way to quickly start and schedule meetings. I enjoyed Appear.in for this reason, but the quality was too low. This is valuable for me as a project manager - I am able to quickly schedule Zoom meetings without leaving my current workflow (i.e. I can stay in Google Drive, Hubspot, Google Calendar, Gmail, or wherever else I am working and easily schedule a Zoom call). Zoom’s “breakout room” feature is hugely valuable for the interactive client workshops we run. You can easily split multiple users into separate breakout rooms, then easily re-combine all participants back together in real time. I use this feature to facilitate design thinking workshops. I use Zoom’s “copy the invitation” feature many times a day – I have very rarely had people I’m connecting with have any trouble joining the call, because the invitation has all of the information they need to easily connect, regardless of whether they are connecting by computer or by phone.,Zoom has a LOT of functionality that I’ve never used (Polling, Whiteboard, Remote Control, et cetera). These features are buried within the “Settings” screens in Zoom. I think they could do a better job of suggesting features to users – perhaps giving little pop-ups or some kind of onboarding guide to show additional functionality of Zoom. I don’t like that you have to download the Zoom app on your computer to use it. It is a fairly clunky user experience compared with some of the other solutions on the market (e.g. Appear.in allows you to create and join a meeting right from the URL bar). I wish Zoom had more integration capabilities. I have started using the integration with Google Calendar and really like it. I would like more options to integrate the Zoom calls – especially 1) an automatic “save to Google Drive” (rather than just to Zoom or just to my computer), and 2) integrations with transcription services (e.g. Otter.ai) to easily create transcriptions from meetings.,9,More deals closed outside of our state. We are much more easily able to close deals outside of our state, because sales appointments and presentations are easy and powerful through Zoom, and we’ve increased our business outside of our state from ~30% to 60%. This makes our followup with leads we meet at conferences much more personal and effective. Improved client collaboration and client experience. It has become much easier to share the content of a meeting with someone who misses the meeting. Our clients love that they can go back to the meeting recording and review particular parts of our workshops. Higher employee satisfaction and connection. Our internal team can much more easily work from home and not miss important meetings. For example, we don’t require our team members to come into the office on Fridays, and we are still able to hold multiple internal meetings with them while they are in the comfort of their home.,I have not used the Zoom Rooms functionality. My feedback from an outside perspective is that I can't even tell why it is different than just starting a "Personal Meeting Room" meeting or a "Scheduled Meeting". Zoom describes the benefits but doesn't explain why I should use it. I'm getting most of what I want out of the existing functionality of Zoom calls, so unless they can more clearly describe how it is different, I'm not going to use it/pay for it/spend more time trying to understand what it is.,Google Hangouts, appear.in, UberConference and SkypeMy One-Stop Shop Virtual Relationship Building ToolZoom is currently being used in several ways across the entire business from helping us to carry out online virtual meetings to hosting live group workshops and creating how-to video tutorials. It is our one-stop shop in keeping in contact with our current clients and building relationships with potential new prospects. Zoom saves us time and money with having to travel and meet clients face to face within the London area.,Zoom is a great online conference meeting software that our clients can join us on via their mobile or desktop computer. Particularly useful that you can screen share with others on the call as well as present PowerPoint presentations and demo your mobile screen using the mirroring capabilities. If you wanted to record a front-facing video, I love the fact you can change your background to not look like your in the office or at home. What is really great is that all meetings or any type of video recording using Zoom is downloadable to your desktop and can be saved on your Zoom account cloud storage.,It would be great if Zoom had a few basic video editing features for the videos recorded using Zoom. When participants are waiting to enter the meeting it would be nice to be able to have waiting music. I would love to be able to embed videos recorded via Zoom to my website instead of having to upload it to Vimeo or YouTube.,8,Saving time by not having to meet clients face-to-face. The combination of all the features has saved us money overall. Ability to build relationships with people around the world due to it being online.,No, we currently do not use Zoom rooms but would be interested in trying it very soon. Before doing so I feel I may want to get some training to help us understand in detail the benefits and how it works.,Skype, GoToMeeting and Google Hangouts

Zoom Rooms

We use Zoom Rooms for all-hands meetings, and to run webinars from static locations like conference rooms. I think there are easier to use programs out there for this functionality (i.e. more intuitive UI), but the fact that we already use Zoom and can have this tool through an existing product we use is great.

Zoom Rooms

Zoom Rooms works as intended. It allows for anyone to easily schedule and start a meeting with not a lot of overhead. After the company set up the Zoom Rooms, conference room meeting setup has become a lot simpler, especially if a remote connection is required. Zoom Rooms gives a very professional feel to it without having to hire out or pay for another service.

Zoom Rooms

Yes we do! We've just implemented our second Zoom Room with many more to come. They are super easy to use and require no user education. The configurations and equipment are robust and can be locked to to prevent accidentally meddling. With the equipment we are using the audio and video quality is exceptional!! We've started using zoom rooms (and Zoom in general) for some of our client on boarding and employee interview processes (which is huge!).

Zoom Rooms

Zoom Rooms are one of the best offerings for corporate. We have not trained or create a Zoom Room to help documentation. Users just started using on Day 1 without any questions. Sharing of screen, calendar integration of the Zoom Rooms, Interoperability with other platforms (Cisco/Polycom), Display options, Live check for any Jitters in the conference and participants, etc.

Zoom Rooms

Zoom Rooms has been rolled out to all of our conference rooms with a meeting satisfaction rate consistently over 95%. The quality and consistency are the biggest features that improve the end-user experience and reduces the number of time technicians and admins spend on conferencing and collaboration technologies.

Zoom Rooms

Currently, our go-to-market team does not use Zoom Rooms. From my understanding, Zoom Rooms allows teams to wirelessly connect via video and audio through on-screen conferencing. It is a good tool for remote employees. Dyknow does not have remote workers, therefore we do not have a need to use Zoom Rooms when we meet.

Zoom Rooms

I have not used the Zoom Rooms functionality. My feedback from an outside perspective is that I can't even tell why it is different than just starting a "Personal Meeting Room" meeting or a "Scheduled Meeting". Zoom describes the benefits but doesn't explain why I should use it. I'm getting most of what I want out of the existing functionality of Zoom calls, so unless they can more clearly describe how it is different, I'm not going to use it/pay for it/spend more time trying to understand what it is.

Zoom Rooms

No, we currently do not use Zoom rooms but would be interested in trying it very soon. Before doing so I feel I may want to get some training to help us understand in detail the benefits and how it works.
