We wanted to set up our classrooms as Zoom Rooms but ran into difficulty because we would have so much variety of content sharing. It was disappointing that we couldn't make it work. (yet)

Great for cost effectiveness and scale
Zoom rooms provide us with the ability to scale in a cost effective way.
Seamless and simple. Can’t speak enough of the high quality calling that Zoom Rooms provides, the ease of use and the ease of implementation. As the AV builds program manager at my organization, I am so happy to work with a product that is almost as simple as plug and play.

When we first trialed Zoom we knew immediately that what we really needed was Zoom Rooms not Zoom meetings, fast forward 3 years of faking Zoom Rooms with custom Zoom meeting users and we are hoping to finally get to implement real ones soon.

Unified Collaboration That Just Works
Zoom Rooms have been a game-changer for us. We have 158 rooms and adding an additional 88 rooms over the next two quarters. As we evaluated Zoom Rooms, we needed a solution that was easy to use, implement, and provided improved collaboration with internal and external recipients/attendees with a simple way of sharing content, Zoom Rooms was that solution. We have found other ways of incorporating Zoom Rooms into workflows that added additional value with improved workflows.

Zoom Review for V
We have a standard deployment for Zoom Rooms and the users love them. It is also very easy to support from a helpdesk perspective. We can walk into a room having issues and normally walk out within a minute with the meeting running.

Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone are no brainers!
We do use Zoom rooms with our company. We have approximately 7 Zoom rooms set up in our office and plan to have more as we grow. It allows for multiple meetings to be going at the same time, on the same internet connection, without bogging down the network as we need everyone else to continue working during said meetings.

Perfect solution
Just today we were able to have 45 participants in a meeting and everything went completely smooth. There were no issues as far as audio quality, video quality or screen sharing. We are able to host 1on1 meetings, team meeting and all-hands meetings that all are flawless and give us the opportunities to grow and achieve a higher level of service to our customers.

Zoom, does a business good.
Zoom Rooms being hardware agnostic is key. AV hardware standards are constantly evolving, so it is nice to know the Zoom Room UI will be consistent for our users, even though the hardware may change over the years or from site to site. As a Zoom admin, every workday starts with checking the status on zoom.us and our company's Zoom Room dashboard.

Collaboration excellence.
We have one Zoom room, and it has made setting up for all hands at this location very easy and streamlined. We would love to add to our other large meeting spaces, but due the current need for a PC to run the Zoom Room, that has not been possible. With the new hardware that is being introduced, we may have more opportunities to expand to these other locations.
