How Zoom Differs From Its Competitors

Yes, we have one Zoom Room. It works phenomenally. We use an iPad to fire up the meeting and dual monitors to see both the shared content and video screens. My boss really likes that the Zoom Room displays his scheduled meetings for the day. It keeps him from having to dig into his Outlook calendar.

We use Zoom Rooms every day and they are fantastic! The iPad experience is very user-friendly! No more silly remotes with a hundred buttons that no one can figure out!
The solution even lets us control the direction the camera is pointing and the zoom on the camera using the iPad.

I am very satisfied with Zoom. I have used GoToMeeting for a long time and when we switched to zoom I found that the user experience is better and that more people use Zoom than GoToMeeting. I feel the call quality is a little better than GoToMeeting. I have had issues with computer audio not working efficiently in GoToMeeting.

Our company does use Zoom Rooms. Nearly every conference room in our building is Zoom enabled and this makes our entire (large) office building feel connected. The ability for multiple users on varying devices to collaborate in one "room" is invaluable to overall homogeny across the entire business. The set up is generally simple and doesn't require much time.

I used Zoom Rooms in my previous organization and love how all the needs for a meeting integrate within a Zoom Room. For example, a meeting can be booked via the calendar or at the room door, availability of the room is displayed in real time, and there is no personal hardware needed to join the meeting.

We have a Zoom Room and are using it as a test for more Zoom Rooms. They are nice as they integrate into the rest of the equipment in the room and allow meeting participants to concentrate on the meeting itself rather than trying to get the equipment working correctly. We are definitely going to expand their use to the majority of our conference rooms.

Fantastic, easy to setup, integration with Zoom is seamless. The hardest part has been making sure the room has good acoustic sound. Zoom just plugs in and works.

I use it sometimes, because I frequently conference to meet group and remote needs in real time. I think there are many features suitable for my business and I will continue to exploit them to give more scope to my investment in this application.

On the other hand the level of satisfaction, both for me personally and at the level of the organization, is high, since the real-time efficiency is valuable.
