Z-diculous Business Value!
The user and admin experiences have been phenomenal. Hardware agnosticism has made our Security team happy. Keeping everything Apple has made hardware management and procurement super easy.

Why I love Zoom, and you will too!
The "Wow" factor for the Zoom Rooms we have implemented has been great.
It has made some of our lesser-used meeting spaces more attractive, and they are getting more use.

Zoom is great, but needs to improve on video content sharing.
Zoom Rooms are very easy to use, as the tablet provides great and easy UX for non-tech users. We like that it's hardware agnostic, meaning we can go with any brand of equipment we'd prefer. We would love for it to improve on VIDEO CONTENT SHARING, though, as so far it's very lacking. Airplay sharing support is also erratic, as it works great over AppleTV but is terrible over Zoom

Zoom At its best
Zoom Rooms have been a huge success in our organization. Adoption rates and the number of meetings have been growing year over year since we switched to Zoom.
Additionally, digital signage as a value add on has been a cherry on top.

We have deployed almost 50 Zoom Rooms so far and are getting comments that the rooms are much easier to use.

Zoom is an excellent service for organizations of all sizes
Zoom Rooms are a perfect compliment to Zoom desktop/mobile meetings. They are simple to install and setup, provide excellent quality, and are extremely intuitive to use. Some organizations are hesitant to have to put a PC or a Mac computer in the room, and now Zoom is solving this by offering appliance-based solutions through its hardware partners.
In many cases, organizations can continue to use much of the existing functionality of the room (displays and audio for example) while making the transition. Also, not all rooms need to be replaced at once. New rooms can be Zoom Rooms, while older rooms can continue to operate until they become obsolete.

We have approximately 225 Zoom Rooms all across the world, making this a very quick and effective communications tool for sharing information with all our departments. The quick and easy to access directory of each Zoom Room is a very effective way to engage any staff member anywhere in the world. I find the technical part of administrating Zoom Rooms is easy to accomplish and is an effective way of knowing where and when issues may arise so we have less downtime.

Walk-in, press start, be productive. Zoom Rooms are an essential part of the Zoom experience and allow our users to wirelessly share content, easily join meetings and have reliable and engaging meetings. Adoption has been great.

We're Not Just a User, We're a Partner
Zooms Rooms for us has been helpful when our small team at HQ meets with extended remote staff. Just as importantly, however, is when we consult with our clients and take them on that journey from either having no A/V room system or a legacy system to a Zoom Room and see the look on their faces when they realize what and how they can do now that they could not do (or do easily) before. This is one of the best parts of the work we do.

Great product, Zoom just works!
We have a mixed environment, some Zoom Rooms and mostly Polycom enabled rooms that our parent company provides. Once we enabled the Polycom rooms to connect to Zoom we experienced a huge increase in user satisfaction.

It just works, dudes.
It's my favorite effing thing! I only miss when it gave users the warning that another meeting was on the way and kicked people off the call and room. That was great! I don't know how to get that back.

Zoom Just Works at F5!
We have had a fantastic experience with Zoom rooms. We have 214 rooms online at our headquarters, and about 400 online worldwide. They are easy to manage, and most of the issues we have experienced as 'pain points' have been due to other connected components, not Zoom itself.
