ZoomInfo is indeed one of the best solutions available in the market for prospect identification and database generation. ZoomInfo has the database of most of the companies in the market and the accuracy of the contact information extracted from ZoomInfo is very accurate compared to other solutions available in the market.
ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are the best tools in the industry for prospecting. They give you just enough to point you in the right direction, in real-time, for the decision-maker. LinkedIn has an advantage since everyone uses it. I would only buy and contribute to ZoomInfo if I was a company looking to also acquire data. ZoomInfo isn't the standard for collaborating so I'm not as likely to ensure my info is up to date but I do update LinkedIn. ZoomInfo gives you the phone numbers and emails and not just the name so the tradeoff for which is more valuable is hard. If they collaborated they could be a powerhouse. I use ZoomInfo when I want to get ahold of someone I've been unable to in sales navigator and it can be much more effective.
Although Zoominfo's data is rich and extensive if we take standard data quality benchmarks available, refresh rate of contacts in ZoomInfo continues to be something which LinkedIn is winning over. We keep coming across contacts and accounts which have updated their profiles very recently on LinkedIn, but still show being mapped to their earlier companies on ZoomInfo.
Zoominfo has a better brand presence, higher accuracy, higher no. of accounts and leads, better price to value, more flexible terms, easy-to-use interface, and better affinity with our leadership than the rest of the competitors.
Emails and telephones of contacts are better than sending an inbox message on LinkedIn my region. I have more returns of my contacts that I have got on ZoomInfo than on sales navigator. I do like both products, but I prefer ZoomInfo to find and send emails to the decision-makers from de companies I'm prospecting
ZoomInfo is our preference over other competitive tools. While companies like Apollo.io have direct integrations with outreach and Seamless.ai boasts the deepest database, their other capabilities are lacking. ZoomInfo is the best and only complete package for organizations practicing account-based marketing strategies. I am a long-time user and look forward to seeing how they can continue to partner with us.
ZoomInfo has more and better quality contact information, intent/scoops, and customizability when running a search. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is better for bios/profiles of individuals, understanding organizational charts.
One of the major difference it offers is that the ZoomInfo got the contact number and the ability to download the data in excel. Also, in sales Nav you can not export a list in to Salesforce, it has to be done one by one. With Zoominfo you can export multiple list all together
I think 6sense is much more convenient to use for build-in Ad platforms, integration to Salesforce on tracking nurturing activities, etc. But 6sense is built especially for ABM. However, Zoominfo Clickagy is complimentary to 6sense in the discovery phase and helps create the initial target list.
I selected ZoomInfo Streaming Intent because the data is more credible than many other sources. Also, it is updated more regularly and the intent is clearer. Data management can be a tedious task but ZoomInfo Streaming Intent fits well for my needs.
Seamless.ai is a watered-down version of ZoomInfo that lacks the personal contact information for leads. If you are contemplating between the two, do yourself a favor and opt for the more expensive ZoomInfo.
I wasn't involved in the selection of ZoomInfo but I do use another data aggregator (PitchBook) for scraping prospect contact information and I will say ZoomInfo is far more accurate when producing emails. ZoomInfo is a pretty straightforward plug-in, pretty easy to use, likely has far more firepower than what I'm using it for. Perhaps they could make it a bit more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing to use, it's super boring from a UX perspective.
Their integration into Salesforce is very good and allows for less time spent in the platform if set up and mapped accurately. Having the ability to set up automatic refreshes that are providing trustworthy data is a big one for me. We have evaluated other tools that take too much time to get what you are looking for and allow reps to fall down a rabbit hole of prospecting if not careful.
Interseller has more limited contact information for folks, but what they have is often more accurate and different from ZoomInfo. Hiretual, I evaluated and did not find it to be helpful for our organization.
Zoominfo is really good, probably better, when it comes to the quality and depth of data. Seamless works well too but is a little slower and seems to have fewer company filtering options. However, it is substantially cheaper. We switched to seamless for that reason. Slightly lower quality but more quantity.
ZoomInfo really stacks up the highest in regard to quality and depth of data, they have a team dedicated to the notion of keeping data current as well as accurate. When it comes to a decision making process for software, there is no one else I considered except for ZoomInfo. They are the best.
