They are charging $13,000 but their product does not work properly and their support model falls way short of what was sold to me.

They have a dialer but the numbers they provide show up as spam when I call someone. When I ask them to fix it, they provide a list of about 12 different websites and 1-800 numbers that I have to call myself to get their numbers whitelisted. I spent about 8 hours on this and it still doesn't work.

Their sales rep promised me that the whole system would be "fully setup" the day after I signed the package and that their team would import the sequences. But its basically a self-service model using a klunky UI, where I have to invest another 20-30 hours to watch webinars and work with an offline support team to set it up.

I get bounced emails and when I email them asking them to fix these, they don't do it properly. I'm forced to exchange dozens of emails with them and they still haven't fixed some of the contacts I flagged for them two months ago.

Stay away from Zoominfo. This is one of the most frustrating experiences my company has had (and I, personally have had) using a B2B product, especially at this price range. I'd recommend Apollo instead, which is cheaper and works much better, and I'm happy to consider other products that do a good job.

When you cannot find a company's number, the department in the company you need, the email or cell contact for the direct contact you need. ZoomInfo will be overwhelming with contacts, but it will be divided by department, position, tenure, etc. It goes a step above just "knowing" who you're calling to, "having the contacts" for who you want to call.

I would highly recommend Zoominfo to anyone within a Sales / BD / Lead Generation role who is looking to gain access to prospects, companies and insights. The support you get from the Team at Zoominfo is also very good.

It may be less appropriate for people within Customer Service roles and the likes.

For prospecting, market research, contact information of your ICPs. Zoominfo info is absolutely great, also if you use a CRM like Salesforce, you can map out fields to anything you design. It's great for the Sales team and research team to use. Also if you deal with a lot of csvs, I'll recommend uploading first to ZoomInfo to match and accurately fill out the companies or contacts info better before exporting into your CRM through Zoominfo to avoid duplication and bad data. We cleaned out thousands of duplicates recently and ZoomInfo was helpful with this.

From what I've heard on the market, the contact info on ZoomInfo is still the most accurate so I would recommend it to a more mature sales organization that is willing to pay more for an effective prospecting solution.

Zoominfo SalesOS is well suited for sales and marketing purposes such as lead update since you can obtain work emails and phone numbers. Been using ZoomInfo for 3 years already, so far I don't have any inappropriate experience with ZoomInfo.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is a must-have as a primary data source, especially if the US/NA is your primary geography. That said, I always recommend using 2 or 3 data sources. Also good as the primary intent source, but again, I recommend using 2 to 3 intent sources. ZoomInfo SalesOS intent and G2 intent are a good combination.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is a really useful tool for a sales team. It allows users and admins to easily search for and find prospects/companies that they are looking for. Another great feature is the ability to export directly to your CRM this makes the marketing process so much easier. The ZoomInfo SalesOS support team has been extremely helpful in offering trainings and letting us know when new features are deployed.

We've had lots of success in the Enterprise space gathering contact data for our key accounts. We've also really liked the combination of intent data, websights, scoops and technology data. This has allowed us to attack key accounts with a ton of knowledge beforehand to tailor our outreach.

We use ZoomInfo SalesOS to find accurate B2B contact and company information then export it into ZoomInfo SalesOS for our marketing campaigns and our outbound sales team to reach out to. I haven’t personally explored their SDR features since we do everything through HubSpot but it would be interesting to see how that’s utilized.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is great for quickly building a contact list within a specific industry segment. In my experience, It takes a while to understand which search parameters are better suited for your business and to weed off leads that aren't actually what you're looking for, but once you get how it works, it's a powerful tool to speed up your prospecting work.

ZoomInfo's platform is easy to use and the integrations with other platforms, like Salesforce, make it a leader in the sales intelligence space. Having the ability to pull in Salesforce information when list building is a great feature for seeing what info. already exists and who is working a particular account.

Sales OS is great for targeting accounts where number of employees is a deciding characteristic.
List Matching
Pro - Sales OS takes conference lists with zero contact information then matches it up to existing information and produces an automated list
Issue- Hospital affiliation
For MedTech/health tech companies, finding contact information on executives who work for larger health systems is often hard to track back to their accurate organization

If you’re in a SaaS role, or anything sales, selling something as a service, SalesOS, especially SalesOS + Engage, is a very powerful tool, especially trying to scale with a BizDev team. If that’s the case, I think you’d benefit from a higher tier contract level- Advanced or Elite editions. If you’re in a slower sales cycle, or selling something very niche, maybe a lower level contract would be more beneficial. Maybe commodity or equipment sales.

Again overall it is a good solution. We use it to look up companies, contacts, contact info, set their ICPs, etc. for sales, BDRs, and marketing. Also, we use Z/I scoops & Z/I intent data to drive leads for our BDRs. We also use it for marketing campaigns, webcasts, etc. We also have connectors with G2 and Hubspot.

It is a great resource to have, but I think sometimes the information is extremely outdated. I will sometimes click the LinkedIn button next to a contacts name, and it will show me that they haven't worked for said company in multiple years. I know ZoomInfo tries to update information quickly, but I've been coming across this issue more often than not. Other than that, I don't see any other issues.

ZoomInfo is well-suited for sales and marketing teams. The sales team can use it for research and prospecting, while marketing can use it for nurturing new prospects or previously prospected ones.Overall, ZoomInfo is a tool tailor-crafted for business and sales development teams. It helps them approach new prospects every day, even when contact numbers are not readily available.

I believe ZoomInfo is useful for prospecting into larger corporations, for example the Mid Market or Enterprise markets. But our company is primarily SMB, so the information for the companies we prospect into is sometimes outdated.
