We use ZoomInfo to find new contacts from the accounts we are trying to penetrate. With many insights and tools like scoops, looklike model, predictive scoring, ICP profile, websights, and intent data, we are able to find ideal contacts from those accounts. We also use the tool to update our accounts.

I am happy with their contact data. They are more accurate than their competitors. I like their contact filter capabilities to find the right contact. It is a great tool if you are trying to find the decison makers of accoutns you never worked with before. You can find accounts that visited your website which is important.

Using ZoomInfo allows the ability to target the correct prospects within the target industries. It allows us learn the relevant information on the company and prospects prior to outreach. It addresses the issue of being informed and educated about the prospect and company prior to placing a call or email.

ZoomInfo also provides information regarding the company such as tech stack, insight tips, and news articles. ZoomInfo is a public traded company and takes privacy [seriously].
They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They have a quick turnaround response and a global team [that] is very educated [and] provides great training along with great webinars.

Org charts are something we can't find anywhere else

List match saves lots of copy/pasting, didn't know that this was a feature after years of already using the tool because it has so many other benefits
