I currently use Zoominfo to prospect and source my lists for work. It does a great job of finding the correct titles to go after and I love the fact that I can use the org chart to review the different positions in order of seniority. I love being able to plug in the work email in the advanced search section and being able to reverse search for prospects that I sometimes cannot find.

I am using ZoomInfo SalesOS for prospecting, lead generation and as sales intelligence.
Zoominfo is providing me an access to vast list of prospects and data.
I can export a thousand list of prospects per month, I export a list of 500 per week as I am a heavy user of ZoomInfo as a demand generation manager. Great stuff! one of the best tools out there for me.

When I was running our reach out or email campaign, I need to find prospects as many as I can. I am using some email extracting tools but it will take some time for me to build a list. That's where ZoomInfo SalesOS came in, at first we are using it as a test in a period of 1 month, and the amount of prospects I can build is great. I can build a list of prospects in a day where I can build that in 3 days when I am not using the ZoomInfo SalesOS. But just like any other sales and marketing tools, ZoomInfo SalesOS is not perfect, sometimes the accuracy is not that great even if I adjusted the accuracy between 90-99, it's not perfect, but it helps a lot and it's expensive. Anyway, one of the best out there.

In my opinion, ZoomInfo is so incredibly questionable... their A+ rated contacts bounce back, info is unverified and inaccurate. In my experience, the system glitches constantly, and I found out they are known more for data mining and taking peoples information instead of providing what they offer: a healthy, robust, verified and reliable lead source. As a marketer, I am severely disappointed, and I plan to share my lackluster and outright fraudulent experience with zoom to save others my same hardship and misfortune. I even checked my name in zoom... in the company and found out I had two old profiles "available for sale" - both outdated, incorrect, and with old pictures from my Facebook that I'm sure they scraped to add. Save your time, don't trust this company as a small business, they will promise the world and then take advantage of your hard work and goodwill.

In my opinion, I would give 0 stars if I could, so disappointed in the lead generation process and campaign process. In my opinion, training sessions are a JOKE. The amount of bounce backs, bad emails, and bad contacts... I could have done this myself for way less money. Save your time and resources, do not Trust Zoominfo for anything. They will let you down. Sometimes I can't sleep knowing how much time has been invested in a worthless product.

As an SDR, ZoomInfo is awesome because it gives me access to essentially anyone I am attempting to reach out to. The platform consistently runs very smoothly and I rarely have any issues. Our entire SDR team uses ZoomInfo and I do not think that we would be able to do our job well without it.

I always keep track of companies who recently received funding because that is an opportune time for me to pitch our product for them. not only does ZoomInfo give me access to their contact information, but I am able to sign up for funding alerts so that I am receiving an email each morning with new companies in my industry I can reach out to.

I currently use ZoomInfo SalesOS to find company contacts within different departments who are not listed within our Salesforce CRM. This helps me and others on my team to cut down on time looking for the correct, most-recent contacts to send quotes to, etc. If I'm unable to reach a contact via their work email address or phone number, there's often personal phone number and email address information that I can use as a backup. The organization hierarchy information is also useful in cases where several people may need to be contacted. I also highly recommend signing up for a training for it with one of their training representatives so that you learn about all of the most updated features and benefits. It's been a fantastic tool to use overall.

  • The updated version was a bit difficult for me to understand and use at first until I went through training for it. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten as much use out of it.

I'm quickly able to find current employee information within specific departments. The dashboard on the updated version can be overwhelming at first, so it may take some time to learn about all of the areas of information that are provided. I highly recommend signing up for training on it with one of their training specialists.

I manage a team of Account Executives. The toughest part of sales is acquiring new business, prospecting, finding the CORRECT decision maker - but also with a company or organization that has the funds to spend on effective marketing. ZoomInfo allows a user to go from 0 to 60 in the click of a button to find all of the above. Add in the use of Intents (what THEY are looking for) and you've entered the sales goldmine.

ZoomInfo is useful to help find out current market information on companies we do business with. It helps find information that otherwise wouldn't be available to an outside entity. It also helps distinguish if the information is personal or if it is that of the company where the individual is currently employed.

ZoomInfo has been extremely beneficial while struggling to find certain company information. For example, it has been useful when trying to find competing companies in a particular market and industry. Our marketing and sales teams use ZoomInfo to better understand our current customers and prospects by seeing the make-up of those companies, as well as the best way to contact them. ZoomInfo also provides detailed company overviews that is useful for our contacts research and preparation for intro and discovery calls.

  • ZoomInfo also provides 30-minute training for salespeople and recruiters to better use the tools available on the platform
  • ZoomInfo also allows users to build lists while researching and then exporting them
  • ZoomInfo integrates well into SFDC (right onto lead/contact records) with the ability to update the record with information from ZoomInfo, however, there does not seem to be a way to Copy + Paste the information that appears in the SFDC integrated screen
  • ZoomInfo contacts are often outdated; they lag behind when someone has left a company
  • ZoomInfo often provides Company/HQ phone lines (which are already easily accessible via-Google search) that cannot get the caller anywhere near the intended contact; this is common
ZoomInfo is well suited for doing contact research at an account where you only have 1-2 existing points of contact and want to better understand the organization of the company and other stakeholders that you may want to connect with. ZoomInfo is less appropriate for finding the most up-to-date and in-depth descriptions of current employees.

I have been using this software for over 16 months now. Data can be sketchy, but is good for the most part and very useful to find the right contact info or explore the intent features, which has proven to be useful, too. Easy to search and setup automated workflows so this is working 24/7 for you and collecting the intent or other data.

We like to connect with other businesses and doing it by hand is quite a handful. This makes the process extremely streamlined and easy! Also contacts are constantly changing companies or hiring new people, so this helps us keep our databases up to date.

We use ZoomInfo for doing primary research , searching for potential leads on different projects. It really helps us in procuring relevant data and reduces the amount of search we had to do all over the internet. The data is up to date and there are less issues. It has improved a lot. We use it almost every day and it's a key software we need for a market research company.

I use ZoomInfo SalesOS for prospecting to find new decision makers in the industries we serve within my geographical territory. In addition to prospecting, I use it for calling and emailing prospects directly from the software where I can see who has opened my email and clicked on the links I embedded in the email.

  • Tracking emails sent for open and links clicked
  • Calling the prospect directly from the contact profile
  • On occasion the contact data seems to be off, bad numbers, or contact no longer there
  • Adding Cannabis to the industry list
I like the ability to add contacts data off an excel list and using ZoomInfo SalesOS to filter or add missing data. This is really helpful for many reasons but this save a bunch of time compared to manually entering in the data. I also like that I can tag groups of contacts for my prospecting efforts so I can send off bulk emails to specific groups of people.

Our Inside Sales Team uses ZoomInfo to prospect new potential companies to work with to offer our expertise in packaging supply chain services. We get great data to target the right contacts within an organization to be more efficient with our outbound sales efforts. Having rich, accurate data that connects directly with our HubSpot CRM is a huge time savings to avoid manual data entry as well.

I use it to connect with POCs for companies without it being a complete cold call. Knowing their info from zoom info always gives you a for a sure person to speak with.

  • Faster processing speeds, extremally slow at times.
  • Adjust the search, there are times I search someone on google and their zoom info shows, yet when on the application I search their name and nothing appears.
  • Need a feature that keeps you logged in at all times.
It is well suited for any sales and prospecting job; I could see it not working if you were, instead of reaching out to people to sell them, you are recruiting. I don't think recruiting would work here.

To look up contact information at companies. We find that most of the information is not accurate on ZoomInfo.
They didn't tell us when our contract was up for renewal until after the renewal period. They refused to work with us or do anything to help.

ZoomInfo touts 110% customer retention. Well, when you don't let people out of contracts and force them to pay, I see why.

With many insights and tools like scoops, looklike model, predictive scoring, ICP profile, websights, and intent data, we are able to find ideal contacts from those accounts. We also use the tool to update our accounts.

Zoominfo SalesOS is such a great database app to use it very easy. In Zominfo, We can find out any information regarding any specific company, industry also we can search so many contacts. We use it on daily basis. We go through Intent section, scoops section, Advanced search section to shortlist our exact search criteria. Zoominfo helps us a lot to get direct phone numbers, email addresses of the specific contact to reach out our potential prospects. Its such as amazing app forever!!

  • Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
  • Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
  • Few of the contacts has left the company or retired but they still existing in Zoominfo So needs to remove or add to their new company
  • Few of the email addresses are not valid when we checked in our Hunter.io email verifier app, they bounce or shows as invalid. so this email address section needs to be improve the quality /validity of email addresses.
  • Few of the titles are not updated yet, if we see in LinkedIn, Title is VP of Operations & in Zoominfo, its still Director of Operations. So this one Title section area needs to take care of.
As I said, Zoominfo is one of the most famous Database app which I have ever seen, why because It has huge database than other apps. 99% information regarding any industry or company or its associated contacts, we can easily search or to say, Its almost available in Zoominfo. It gives clear scenario about all details such as company size, industry, its business lines, scoops, technologies which using etc. I am using it more than 3 years. I am very satisfied that zoominfo gives us better positive results to grow our company's business.

Zoominfo SalesOS is the product I use most often as my "bible" when it comes to company information as well as insights and hot leads. The Zoominfo sidebar on chrome is super effective, and is a light load for any browser (looking at you Chrome). Zoominfo as a database is generally very trustworthy, and the insights and scoops that are offered help sweeten the deal when presenting meetings to my AE.

Zoominfo is wonderful for your sales organization when you're looking for a single source of truth for your sales data. The information provided is the most accurate from what I've heard (again this is hearsay) of other search tools. I use both LinkedIn and Zoominfo for my prospecting, but LinkedIn tends to provide the same companies we've already seen whereas ZoomInfo is good to pull in new leads and new prospecting batches.

We use the ZoomInfo SalesOS to connect with Clevels, VPs, Directors, etc for our market research purpose. Many of the numbers are outdated which it is very difficult to connect with the right audience. It will be great if we can get the correct numbers to connect with the people. Also, if their LinkedIn IDs are provided, then it will be much better

Well currently for me and my team, I can reach to many people in different verticals of a company. It allows us to get correct insights from different people also instead of relying on just a particular set of people. We can reach out to multiple people in the same industry however at times the report is not correct to the wrong/incorrect number
