ZoomInfo provides much more information than Sales Navigator can. Company news, industry information, and simply contact information are more readily available and easily acted upon than Sales Navigator. Obviously, there is no way to use ZoomInfo as a channel of direct communication with these contacts, but that isn't necessarily a part of the use case when adopting ZoomInfo.

ZoomInfo is still one of the best in the market but I wish to see them do even better so we on the sales side of the business can have increased value. I would love to see better improvement on the scoops and intent side. That would be huge.

I have not gone through the due diligence process of evaluating other data providers in the same space as ZoomInfo at all. Our administrators performed this process and I was not involved at all. I cannot provide any relevant information on this topic and have no knowledge regarding the selection process.

I only used the trial provided by UpLead but from what I remember, ZoomInfo is superior to their platform. One thing that ZoomInfo doesn't do the best is provide the most accurate information. I wasn't involved in the selection process but I know that everyone's productivity has improved since we started using it.

I was not involved in the decision process. I did not get to see any of the other options other than hearing a name or 2. I know they looked at LeadIQ but I do not know how the depth of data compares to ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo has been great for us though.

While meeting with other vendors, many of them use Zoom as the golden benchmark which to compare themselves upon. Most of the time they claim they are only marginally worse for their accuracy, but in reality, I have found that this is not true. In the Oil and Gas World, Zoom was drastically better at finding mobile numbers and accurate data.

Initially, we considered these competitors for [the] price to [complement] a product that would allow us to see who was on our website. Once we learned that Zoom not only had the most accurate data, company insights, and web visitor data, we decided to go with ZoomInfo just because it would be a [all-inclusive] platform.

When I last evaluated, Apollo was a better bang for the buck as it had similar level data, but I could run email campaigns directly in [the tool] and didn't have to take data out of ZoomInfo, put them into SFDC, and [then] sync them with my Outreach tool.

I was a DiscoverOrg customer that migrated onto the new ZoomInfo platform. I was pleasantly surprised by the increase in size of the data base. I also like the credit system which keeps my team focused on finding the best records before bringing them over to Salesforce.com. Great job ZoomInfo!
