I find ZoomInfo to be highly accurate with regard to revenue, employee numbers, and hierarchy data. I also like the Scoops feature. I use three databases for company data and refer to all of them several times a day to research customers and prospect companies. I find ZoomInfo to be very accurate and, therefore, one we rely on heavily for quality data.

If Sales navigator combined with other tools that offer contact information for free then it will eliminate the need of ZoomInfo as the ZoomInfo doesn't seem to be worth of spending thousands of dollars when the database is not updated regularly and contact details come out to be wrong.

I have not used a lot of information gathering sites in the past. There are plenty of "free" people search sites that pop up. However, in order to get the level of data you may need, it usually costs money. I have used Spokeo a few times but there seems to be a lot of records that requires guess-work; I found it confusing without enough relevant contact details. I have not had that situation working with ZoomInfo.

ZoomInfo is primarily used to source contact information for leads that are primarily pulled by sales navigators. ZoomInfo cannot be compared to sales navigator as both platforms provide different offerings that provide the desired solution when used together. What sales navigator lacks in providing detailed direct contact information ZoomInfo excels in while ZoomInfo lacks the database of leads when compared to sales navigator.

Better data accuracy, larger database, more R&D investment/product updates, easier filtering. We selected ZoomInfo because our organization previously owned DiscoverOrg which was discontinued by the ZoomInfo team as they migrated to ZoomInfo. The lead scoring, alerts and scoops, advanced filtering, and database enrichment components are crucial to our sales and marketing teams as we use this tool to identify top prospects and ideal companies to target.

ZoomInfo has the most comprehensive global database including mobile phone numbers for contacts and accounts. There was no other competitor who was close to the database size. The integration with Salesforce, Marketo and Salesloft was important for us. We used to have DiscoverOrg which was bought by ZoomInfo so we already had the best in class and the combination made it even better.

ZoomInfo provided better overall contact information, but just as important, the product is the most comprehensive of all those reviewed. This means that the team not only has better data, but more data, making it extremely efficient for personalizing outreach efforts. We selected ZoomInfo because it provided more of what we needed in a single comprehensive package.

ZoomInfo is actually scraping company email signatures, so it provides a lot more accurate data than free 3rd party apps that guess a contact's email based on the majority of other emails associated with the same domain - which more often than not - is wrong. ZoomInfo is also able to provide direct phone numbers based on this method - which for me is the #1 benefit.

ZoomInfo is superior when it comes to data accuracy or prospects, the phone numbers and email addresses tend to be correct. ZoomInfo also provides information regarding the company such as tech stack, insight tips, and news articles. ZoomInfo is a public traded company and takes privacy [seriously].

This is [the] first system I have used on this grand of a scale. My first SDR job is this one as well so I may not be the best person to ask this question. From other systems I have DEMOed (1-2 weeks) I would say this is huge! Really appreciate it.

I haven't used Winmo in years, but I did not find much value in the platform or the breadth of data it provided. My current employer used to use DiscoverOrg which ZoomInfo acquired. DiscoverOrg was prehistoric, and only allowed us access to a specified amount of unlocked content. It was not a strong sales tool. ZoomInfo is doing it right, and with the continued improvements and features, proves to be a leader in the space.
