Good thing Zoominfo acquired Discoverorg

Org charts are something we can't find anywhere else

List match saves lots of copy/pasting, didn't know that this was a feature after years of already using the tool because it has so many other benefits

No other tools assessed have the number of records ZoomInfo does

This is by far the best and most accurate tool I have used. The features go beyond what most people will need. The lists and email alerts are wonderful. We love the Salesforce integration which makes exporting Leads a breeze. The List Match is an awesome feature.

ZoomInfo stacks up against D&B Hoovers because it is easier to use. The filtering is also better in ZoomInfo and the most important thing which our team appreciates is that the quality of leads being generated here in ZoomInfo is superb and of great quality. It gives us mostly a clean list or database.

While there are other companies out there that pride themselves on more stringent data quality, most of them like the breadth of data that ZoomInfo provides. I feel like ZoomInfo has the best mix of data quality and coverage on the market. They are also able to be innovative and nimble in the space to help their customers with specific needs.

In my experience with prospecting and data enhancement, I remember when ZI came onto the landscape. At that time D&B was the choice for prospecting and data enhancement. It's nice to see that ZI has stepped up their research efforts and reconfigured the tool to compete.

ZoomInfo is a company owned by DiscoverOrg, so we didn't even consider using one or the other. We replaced ZooIinfo with Agency Leads, a new solution that we've been testing for the past 3 months because they were cheaper and seemed to have specific filters related to our industry that ZoomInfo didn't have.

I have used Rocketreach, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha. ZoomInfo is better than Rocketreach and seamless in terms of User-Interface, data quality, integration with LinkedIn and CRM, Navigation between pages.
I found Lusha data especially on cell phone numbers and emails more accurate than ZoomInfo. Maybe that is one area of improvement for ZoomInfo.

We have used Datanyze in the past. ZoomInfo acquired Datanyze over a year ago, and the transition hasn't been easy but is happening, and together with ZoomInfo's team, we're trying to find the best solution for our use-cases. Overall data is accurate, but sometimes it's missing.

We didn't really look at other companies after we spoke with the ZoomInfo team. We knew that they were the company we wanted to work with after our initial conversations. Their account team is great to work with and they have helped us resolve any issues we have run into quickly.

Having access to company contacts' cell phones on Zoominfo is incredibly powerful and something that other platforms haven't mastered quite as well as Zoominfo has. Also, the ability to have everything clickable and integrate with remote phones and email programs makes using the tool that much easier and efficient.
