ZoomInfo always offers a more comprehensive dataset, including contact info for individuals and detailed firmographic data about companies. ZI offers a broader set of features and is used for a wide range of use cases, and is more expensive than the rest.

In the past we have bought static lists from companies that could be out of date within a few months. These lists could be expensive, and not helpful after a short time period. The great thing about ZoomInfo is that they are always updating their database. We know the contact information we receive will be up to date and correct.

Ultimately, ZoomInfo's data is simply more reliable and abundant than every other product that we tested. This comes at a premium with ZoomInfo compared to the other products, but it is well worth it. That said, the other products are making good strides, and ZoomInfo will need to continue to evolve and improve its product to remain the leader in this space moving forward.

After testing several other software such as Seamless AI, Apollo and Lusha in a comparison test, ZoomInfo SalesOS won hands down! It provided the best data. It also allows for the export of records easily into our CRM. The interface is extremely easy and useful with all the pertinent information found on the same page when viewing a contact record.

ZoomInfo has more data than LinkedIn Learning and I find that truly awesome because it just shows the deep insights it has on prospects and businesses outside of this professional social platform. Against Lusha, ZoomInfo always reveals key contacts either not found quick enough or not available by Lusha.

Zoominfo integrates with Salesforce, in my experience LinkedIn Sales Navigator did not. This allows companies to better keep track of prospects as its stored in the company CRM and doesn't go with the sales manager should they leave.

ZoomInfo is D&B Hoovers + Mailchimp on steroids and with a much better UI. The data is always up to date and the filters available to the end user are much more rich. Campaign tracking data is much easier to dissect and the templates for email campaigns are more relevant.

zoominfo has much better contact info for c level execs such as their email address and the phone number. MediaRadar only seems to provide a basic company email that you can obtain on your own off the company website. media radar does not supply revenue info either, whereas zoominfo does, which is very helpful.

The database is quite vast as compared to the above solutions. Also the quality of the data is better, though there are still outdated and missing contacts, but zoominfo works for me 80%+ time. Its just not about the contact information, insights about the accounts, the "scoops" feature provides relevant information, which is missing in other solutions.

I used Media Radar in my previous company for almost six years. There was no extension or easy way to help prospect. The data was not as up to date as I am finding in Zoom Info. It was quite easy to navigate but I could not export contacts into Sales Force like Zoom Info.
