  • Great filter options
  • Easy to use
  • Many options to learn and familiarize yourself with different ZoomInfo tools with the classes offered
  • Need increased accuracy with ZI searches
  • Need up-to-date mobile and work numbers for contacts in database
  • Overall, some features on profiles should be more regularly updated
  • Enable ability to let ZoomInfo know that information on a contact profile is bad/out-of-date

  • Account Management - Would prefer for only ONE Zoominfo rep to contact me regarding new features, our contract, and renewals, etc.
  • General improvement regarding the Accounting group and their interaction with clients - had been emailing someone that had been gone from my group over a year for example
  • COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS - I have had to explain a specific situation regarding our account to multiple persons at Zoominfo; our account manager or customer success rep should have been doing this for us.
  • Would like platform to be more user friendly overall
  • Would like enhance feature to be more easy to use
