Zuora is the primary revenue and subscription management system at Surf Air. Zuora manages 100% of our invoicing and billings and is the primary source of revenue related data. Zuora manages the complexity of subscription management and invoicing that was previously managed through another third party and our home-grown reservation system together. At Surf Air, Zuora is used by the finance, technology, customer service and product strategy teams.

Zuora is used mainly by our finance and accounting departments to manage invoicing and our product catalog. Previously, we used our accounting software, so invoicing and creating quotes was cumbersome. Implementing Zuora cut down the time it would take to process the bill run and has also allowed us to manage our AR aging much more effectively but automating the past-due notification on aging accounts. The system, implemented alongside Salesforce, has also decreased the number of errors in quotes generated by our sales team. Because the quotes are now being generated in Salesforce with ZQuotes, our quotes are now consistent and have very few errors, if any.

We currently use Zuora for a subset of our business, but are in the process of rolling it out for the remainder of our core business. It solves the need for a more flexible subscription billing platform that can accurately calculate prorations and tiered pricing while integrating with our tax service and financial ERP.

Within our organisation, Zuora is used by the finance and accounting function. It has addressed the business problem of making the invoicing for our recurring subscription model easy, and pain-free. Additionally, Zuora has significantly reduced our period close time due to its automatic revenue recognition system.

We use Zuora as an add in with Salesforce to handle our billing and revenue recognition processes within or organization. It helps us to lower manual and spread sheet work in billing our customers and creating a more automatic revenue recognition process with Quickbooks. It is being used by our sales team and our accounting and finance teams. When a sales representative closes a deal in Salesforce, they select a button in Salesforce that sends the quote to Z billing which then creates the billing invoice and creates the revenue recognition/amortization schedule.

We currently use Zuora for our new subscription product but will phase in our legacy product and renewals. The product and engineering team were heavily involved with implementation. The product and finance teams are the current and future users. We are still new to Zuora but hopefully it will help provide more information on our churned customers and reduce our credit card decline rates.

We are using Zuora as our subscription management and billing system. It solves the following problems:

1. Building customized quotes with ease.
2. Ease of integration with Sertifi (e-signature) and Salesforce.
3. Ability to create volume and tiered pricing.
4. Ability to manage one time, recurrent and usage payments effortlessly.
5. Call out options to our product.

Zuora's solution is being used for ownership of all billing related matters within our company. Zuora removes the complexities of recurring billing and makes the process of billing our customers much more efficient. The solution integrates with our online marketplace, which allows us to easily manage subscriptions and bill our customers with a minimal overhead of work - compared to a manual billing process that we previously used.

Zuora is predominantly used by our finance, sales and product management teams. General tasks across the business include: billing, pro-rations, credits and a wide range of other tasks.

Zuora is used by multiple departments, but not across the whole organization. It is being used mostly for accounting purposes. We apply payments, generate invoices, reconcile invoices, keep track of customers, send invoices, and generate all kinds of reports that we use for accounting needs. We store all billing information in Zuora.

We use Zuora as the primary mechanism for processing credit card payments for all products sold by our company. We currently have a few acquisitions that have existing customers on different payment systems, but we have active plans to transition these customers to Zuora as well. The primary problem Zuora solves for us is the security and protection of sensitive credit card information - by using Zuora, we don't have to worry about this at all, since we never receive this data in the first place.

We use Zuora as a payment system for our clients that use a cloud-based application. We create an account for them and then we manage the subscriptions and payments for those accounts. All the payments are done using a credit card. Zuora gives us the possibility to manage all this in a centralized and easy way.

Zuora is Branch's billing engine. We're working with the Zuora API and our backend to determine how much and when to charge our customers. We leverage flat rate plans as well as usage based plans. We've integrated Zuora into Salesforce to empower sales reps to generate quotes and quickly close deals. Our billing support team manages customer accounts directly in the Zuora UI. Zuora is an extremely cross-functional product that touches product, sales, operations, and engineering.

As far as I am aware the entire organization of Vivint uses Zuora for many of our billing needs. I use Zuora primarily for making amendments to a customer's account when they order equipment. I am not aware of all of the problems Zuora addresses for the rest of Vivint, but me and a few others on my team mainly use it so that our customers are invoiced properly for equipment they are purchasing.

We currently use Zuora for our billing platform for our Saas based accounting software. Currently is it used in our finance department for our core product and we will be implementing our second software vertical onto Zuora in the near future. It has allowed us to bill our customers effectively and efficiently creating more automation for our AR processing.

I implemented customizations on the Salesforce platform to address product gaps in the Zuora platform that did not meet the business use cases of the end user.

The Zuora platform itself was used by the company to process payments of our clients, but from what I recall the setup of the system was not done correctly and the integration between Zuora and NetSuite was shaky at best and never worked.

Currently we use Zuora as our Billing and subscription platform for the VAS offerings within Rogers. Currently bill and subscribes for NHL, Next Issue, Shomi and Spotify. Along with providing the billing and subscription we rely heavily on the reporting functionality within Zuora. Through reports and data exports we are able to accurately account and recognize revenue along within any other details for billing and subscriptions.
