Our customers love the in-depth look at their company's claims as well as the recommendations for getting any areas of concern under control.
- Provides a great overview analysis of the findings
- The recommendations for helping to get claims issues under control are tailored and very informational
- The Ad Hoc customization capabilities are great
- Please provide a section on requirements by a carrier including any forms that will need to be signed by the employer to begin processing

- We have only been able to use it with one group so the ROI isn't great. We do make up for that with the other products though.
This is the first software we have used for this and so far, we are really happy with it. The output options are vast and the capability to change the color themes is the perfect touch. It really adds to our presentations as a whole since the color scheme matches throughout.
