      We use QuoteWerks for all of our quoting services to our customers. It allows us to integrate into ConnectWise and pull information and pricing from our distributors, Ingram Micro and Tech Data. We use QuoteWerks across departments within our company, the only ones not using it are engineers

        When I first started with Blackbaud I was sending collateral through Word. After using Seismic for the first time I realized how much easier and effective it is and have not used Word doc's for collateral since.

                Our entire Business Development and Sales dept uses Seismic. It helps us gauge interest on the receiving end. We can see how long they spend viewing the literature that we send.
