I love 10to8 for scheduling prospective new clients. It makes it easy to keep everything in one place and initial communication is recorded for all departments.

  • Allow to send attachment through the messaging system to a prospective client
  • Keeping everything organized.
I don't use any other system. 10to8 is my go-to scheduling software.
I wish there was more live features to speak to someone. You have to email and wait for a response.
