Overall Satisfaction with 123ContactForm

123ContactForm is being used by the SEO Department at White Hat SEO. We have found that it is easy to implement and easy for clients to make changes. This plugin is also great for clients to be able to access the data that consumers have submitted and apply to their CRM.

I have used several contact form plugins for WordPress, they are superior to 123ContactForm in that they provide more CRM options, but in terms of ease of installation and ease of use 123ContactForm is a better option for non-development website builders, or site owners that might not be as tech-savy.
123ContactForm is well suited for small businesses or smaller websites. Website owners that might not have development knowledge or the budget to hire a web developer can install 123ContactForm by themselves with little technical knowledge and receive communications from their users/visitors. 123ContactForm is great for WIX the CMS platform and similar CMS.

Using 123ContactForm

1 - The SEO manager and website development consultant. They are responsible for managing website builds, qa'ing them and delivering to client.
No support is needed, an in-house person or small business owner with a basic understanding of websites and possibly minor development skills could use 123ContactForm.

I like the product, but I am no longer in control of the project where this product was being used. However, I would definitely use 123ContactForm on future products.

Evaluating 123ContactForm and Competitors

Yes - This replaced the templated or already installed WIX contact form. 123ContactForm was easy to install, easier to use and provided more features than the previous product.

Product usability was the most important feature. 123ContactForm allowed me to install a product with a lot of great features that I could turn over to the website owner and they could use and manage with little training or support from me.
I would not change it anything, I read reviews and did a lot of research before I installed this product.

123ContactForm was very easy to implement and the content provided by them supported the product very well and answered all of my questions.

I installed 123ContactForm myself and while I had some issues installing it I was able to visit their website and the troubleshooting information they provided in their faq section. They did offer other support if a user needed additional support, but I found the information provided on their website to be more than sufficient.
Yes 123ContactForm was very easy to use without training, plus they provide answers to almost all questions with their faq content.

It was easy to install and I believe that would make it easy to use across several websites.
I did not encounter any blackout issues.
The interface was very good and easy to use. Everything loaded quickly and it was easy to integrate other products.

Very easy to integrate other products and they gleamed the data I needed well.

Vendor was easy to deal with, I didn't have much need for interaction.
Vendor provided necessary answers in the content they provided.
Was a free product, negotiating wasn't necessary.
No advice, just read the content they provide. It will answer most questions.

Upgrading 123ContactForm

  • Haven't installed yet, but looks like a new design.
  • More integrations.
Yes - Enterprise does offer a couple more features I would like.
