We use 15Five across the entire organization. It has become an invaluable communication tool. As a remote organization, it helps us by providing a user-friendly tool to communicate with team members and to track trends. One of the best features is the 1:1 tool. It is a great way to keep a running list of important topics for 1:1 meetings.
- Provides a great place to track and record 1:1 topics.
- It is very easy to get a quick idea of team members' work loads.
- Starting and ending 1:1 meeting is not the smoothest operation.
- It has been a great time saver.
- Has formalized and organized our feedback process.
