15Five is being used by our entire organization. We're leveraging it primarily for performance management. It helps us to make sure each team member is staying focused on the right strategic objectives and meaningfully contributing each week. We use the reflection questions and social features to encourage and reinforce key cultural values.

Asana is geared toward project and task management with communication features while 15Five is geared toward team health down to the individual level.
I've been very happy with 15Five and have only sought additional support sparingly. Additionally, I've enjoyed the proactive features in their support.
